Abstract

타이어-휘일 조립상태에서 개선된 균일성을 갖는 공기 타이어는, 경사 비이드 시트, 경사 비이드 시트에서 연장된 둥근 오목 코너부 그리고 만곡부가 있는 둥근 오목 코너부헤서 외측으로 돌출되게 연장된 플랜지를 포함하는 표준림에 밀접하게 끼워진 비이드부를 포함한다. 이 타이어에 있어서, 상기 비이드부는 만곡부와 비이드부간의 접촉 이전에 둥근 오목 코너부에 밀접하게 끼워짐을 초래하는 팽창된 후부를 가진다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 타이어를 림(rim)에 장착한 상태와 함께 본 발명에 따르는 공기 타이어의 제1구현예의 도식적인 부분 단면도.
제2도 내지 제6도는 각각 본 발명에 따른 공기 타이어의 구현예의 도식적이 부분도.

Claims (10)

  1. 경사 비이드 시트 6에 부드럽게 연결된 동근 오목 코너부 7와, 상기 둥근 오목 코너부 7로 부터 외측으로 돌출되게 연장된 플랜지 8와, 그리고 상기 돌출방향에 대항하는 방향에 있는 만곡부 9로 구성된 표준 림2의 경사 비이드 시트6로 밀착되게 끼워진 비이드부 3를 포함하는 타이어-휘일(wheel)조립상태에서 개선된 균일성을 갖는 공기 타이어에 있어서, 상기 비이드부 3는 표준 림2의 만곡부 9와 그곳에 면한 비이드부 3의 외측면 간의 접촉 이전에 표준 림2의 전 외면에 걸쳐 림의 둥근 오목 코너부 7에 밀착되게 끼워진 팽창된 후부 10를 갖음을 특징으로 하는 타이어-휘일 조립상태에 개선된 균일성을 갖는 공기 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비이드부 3는 팽창된 후부 10에 인접하고 둥근 오목 코너부 7와 가까운 플랜지 8에 면한 환상 함몰부 11를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창된 후부 10가 국부 토러스 12임을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 국부 토러스 12는 그안에 끼워진 링-형코어 5로 보강됨을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비이드부 3의 방사상으로 내면에 끼워진 폭에 대한, 상기 타이어 1의 축에 수직인 비이드 베이스 점 Q을 통과하는 선으로 부터 측정된 팽창된 후부10의 팽창량의 비가 0.06~0.36의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비이드부 3는 팽창된 후부10에 대항하도록 위치된 비이드 토우에서 표준 림2의 험프 14에 면해있는 챔퍼부 15를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비이드부 3의 폭에 대한 챔퍼부 15의 축 길이의 비가 0.2~0.4 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환상홈 16은 그것의 전체 외면에 걸쳐 팽창된 후부 10의 바닥에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 비이드부 3의 폭에 대한 상기 환상홈 16축의 폭 비가 0.2~0.3의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 팽창된 후부 10가 그 외각을 따라 배열된 코오드 재보강 층 17을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
