Abstract

본 고안은 고속 고정용 유체 베어링의 홈을 가공하는 장치에 관한 것으로 홈을 가공하는 볼의 마모시 몸체까지 못쓰게 되는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 몸체(1)의 일측에 삽입홈(7)을 설치하고 상기 삽입홈으로 양쪽끝에 곡률반경을 준 장형 바이트가 삽입되게 구성한 것으로써 홈을 형성시키는 장형 바이트의 마모시 장형 바이트만 교환하면 되므로 몸체를 재사용할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 소형 유체 베어링의 홈(6)을 가공시키는 장치에 있어서, 몸체(1)의 일측에 삽입홈(7)을 설치하고 상기 삽입홈(7)으로 양끝에 곡률을 준 장형 바이트(8)가 삽입되게 구성시킨 유체 베어링의 형상 가공 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 몸체(1)의 일측에 곡률을 준 고정 바이트(9)를 하나 이상 설치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 베어링의 형상 가공 장치.
