Abstract

본 발명은 실질적으로 순수한 1:1L-형태 전이 금속 메티오닌 복합체 염에 관한 것으로, 바람직한 전이 금속은 아연, 크롬, 망간 및 철이다. 염은 순수한 L-형태 메티오닌과의 반응에 의해 형성된다. 그 결과로서, 보충을 위한 용량은 염의 라세미 혼합물에서 사용되는 양의 절반이 될 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 하기 식의 실질적으로 순수한 1:1L-형태 전이 금속 메티오닌 복합체 염:
    〔CH3SCH2CH2CH(NH2)COO M〕WX
    상기식에서, M은 아연, 크롬, 망간 및 철로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 금속이고, X는 음이온이며, w는 X의 음이온 전하와 평형을 유지하는 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, M이 아연인 것을 특징으로 하는 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, M이 망간인 것을 특징으로 하는 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, M이 철인 것을 특징으로 하는 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, M이 크롬인 것을 특징으로 하는 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, X가 유기 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, X가 아세트산, 프로피온산 및 벤조산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 유기 1 염기산 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, X가 무기 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, X가 할로겐화물, 황산염 및 인산염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 무기 음이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염.
  10. (a) 순수한 L-형태의 메티오닌을 얻는 단계; (b) 상기 순수한 L-형태의 메티오닌을 아연, 망간 및 철의 수용성 금속 염들로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 수용성 금속염과 반응시키는 단계; (c) 상기 반응을 7 또는 그 이하의 pH에서 수행하는 단계; 그리고 (d) 상기 1:1 L-형태의 전이 금속 메티오닌 복합체 염을 실질적으로 순수한 고체 형태로 분리하는 단계로 이루어지는, 하기 식의 실질적으로 순수한 1:1 L-형태 전이 금속 복합체 염의 제조방법.
    〔CH3SCH2CH2CH(NH2)COO M〕WX
    상기식에서, M은 아연, 크롬, 망간 및 철로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 금속이고, X는 음이온이며, w는 X의 음이온 전하와 평형을 유지하기 위한 정수이다.
