Claims (2)
- 적정크기로 절단된 소재를 6sec/1개-8sec/1개의 주기로 순차 공급하는 소재공급공정과, 공급된 소재를 700℃-800℃로 온도로 가열하는 소재가열 공정과, 가열된 소재의 소정부위를 설계두계로 압연하는 제1압연공정과, 압연된 소재의 일측에 날을 성형하는 제2압연공정과, 압연된 소재를 설계 곡율로 벤딩시키는 제1성형공정과, 소재의 절단, 펀칭과 최종 설계형태로의 드로우잉을 한번의 프레싱으로 동시에 수행하는 제2성형 공정의 순차공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 농토작업기용 로타리 칼날의 제조방법.
- 적층된 소재를 소정주기로 하나씩 공정투입하는 소재공급수단(1)과, 공급된 소재를 요구온도로 고주파 가열하는 소재가열수단(2)과, 가열, 토출되는 소재를 한쌍의 로울에 의해 소정두께로 압연하는 압연수단(3)과, 압연된 소재의 일측에 한쌍의 경사로울러에 의해 날을 성형시키는 날성형수단(4)과, 날성형된 소재를 벤딩다이에 의해 설계곡율로 벤딩하는 벤딩수단(5)과, 펀칭부(6A)와 드로우잉부(6B)로 구성되어 벤딩된 소재의 절단, 펀치, 드로우잉을 한번의 프레싱으로 동시에 수행하는 성형수단(6)과, 상기 날성형수단(4)과 벤딩수단(5) 및 성형수단(6)의 각 공정사이에 구비되어 해당공정 완료된 소재를 다음 공정측으로 순차 이동시키는 다수의 이송수단(7A,7B,7C)을 갖추어서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 농토작업기용 로타리 칼날의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
