Abstract

본 발명은 축소광학계를 사용함으로써 푸리에변환렌즈의 초점거리를 단축하는 것에 의해 광정보처리장치의 소형화를 도모하는 것을 목적으로하고, 그 구성에 있어서, 입력상을 표시하는 제1공간광변조소자(4)를 그 앞쪽초점면에 놓은 그 제1렌즈(6)와, 제2공간광변조소자(9)를 그 앞쪽초점면에 놓은 제2렌즈(11)와, 제2렌즈 (11)를 그 앞쪽초점면에 놓은 제3렌즈(12)와, 제1렌즈(6)와 제3렌즈(12)의 사출광의 합파수단과, 제1렌즈(6)와 제3렌즈(12)의 공초점을 그 앞쪽초점면에 놓은 제4렌즈(14)와, 제4렌즈(14)의 뒤쪽초점면에 놓은 광검출기(15)를 구비한것을 특징으로 하는 광정보처리장치를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 입력상을 표시하는 제1공간변조소자와, 이제1공간광변조소자를 그 앞쪽초점면에 놓은 제1렌즈와, 광학적 필터를 표사히는 제2공간광변조소자와, 이 제2공간광변조소자를 그 앞쪽초점면에 놓은 제2렌즈와, 이 제2렌즈의 뒤쪽초점면을 그 앞쪽초점면으로 하는 제3렌즈를 구비하고, 또한 상기 제1렌즈의 사출광과 상기 제3렌즈의 사출광을 합파하는 합파수단을 구비하고, 상기 제1렌즈와 상기 제3레즈의 뒤쪽초점면을 대략일치시키는 구성으로 하는 동시에 이 공초점면을 그 앞쪽초점면으로 하도록 제4렌즈를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보처리장치.
  2. 입력상을 표시하는 제1공간광변조소자와, 이 제1공간광변조소자를 그 앞쪽 초점면에 놓은 제1렌즈와, 이 제1렌즈의 뒤쪽초점면을 그 앞쪽의 초점면으로 하는 제2렌즈와, 이 제2렌즈의 뒤쪽초점면을 그 앞쪽초점면으로 하는 제3렌즈와 광학적필터를 표현하는 제2공간광변조소자와, 이 제2공간광변조소자를 그 앞쪽 초점면을 놓는 제4렌즈와, 이 제4렌즈의 뒤쪽초점면을 그 앞쪽 초점면으로하는 제5렌즈를 구비하고 또한 상기 제3렌즈의 사출광과 상기 제5렌즈의 사출광를 합파하는 합파수단을 구비하고, 상기 제3렌즈와 상기 제5렌즈의 뒤쪽 초점면을 대략 일치시키는 수단으로 하는 동시에 이 공초점면을 그 앞쪽 초점면으로 하도록 제6렌즈를 배치한것을 특징으로 하는 광정보처리장치.
