Abstract
본 발명은 센서를 사용하여 변위를 측정하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 측정헤드(1)는 코일내의 코어의 움직임에 의한 발진기의 주파수 변화로써 변위를 측정하고, 발진기로부터의 신호는 고주파 수정시계(10)에서 계수기로의 게이트 하는데 쓰이고, 계수는 발진기의 주파수 변화를 나타내므로써 변위를 측정하고, 또 계수는 마이크로 프로세서(14)에 의해 초기 교정동안에 메모리에 저장된 탐색표(16)와 비교되고, 센서헤드(1)와 연결된, 작동 및 프로세스 장치는 다른 센서들의 접속기와 직접 결합될 수 있는 접속기내에 설치되고, 호스트컴퓨터에 대해 다중 센서의 버스결합을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- 측정될 변위에 대응하여 발진기의 주파수를 변화시키는 센서헤드(1)와, 주파수 변화를 측정하는 주파수 측정수단과, 특정한 센서헤드(1)에 대해 저장된 교정계수를 근거하여 측정된 주파수 변화의 변위를 나타내는 디지탈 출력으로 변환시키는 마이크로 프로세서(14)로 구성되고, 이 주파수 측정수단과 마이크로 프로세서(14)가 다른 센서헤드들의 비슷한 접속기와의 접속을 위해 접속기에 설치되고, 그리고 마이크로 프로세서(14)가 각 센서헤드와 대한 유일한 I.D를 포함하고 있어서, 호스트컴퓨터(22)가 각 센서헤드를 식별할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서헤드가 주파수를 변화시키는 발진기(2)의 코일내를 움직일 수 있는 코어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 코어(4)가 발진기(2)와 엇갈려 연결되어 2개의 코일 사이를 움직일 수 있고, 두 코일 사이의 주파수 변화가 변위 척도를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 발진기(2)의 출력과 연결되고, 적어도 발진기의 n사이클을 가지는 시간 후에 발진기와 코일들 사이의 연결을 전환할 수 있게 배치된 제1계수기(8)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
- 측정된 변위에 대응하여 발진기의 주파수를 변화시키는 센서헤드와, 주파수 변화를 측정하는 주파수 변화 측정수단과, 특정한 센서헤드에 대해 저장된 교정 계수를 근거로하여 주파수의 변화를 변위를 나타내는 디지탈 출력으로 변환시키는 마이크로 프로세서(14)로 구성되고, 이 센서헤드가 발진기에 엇갈려 연결되어 있는 적어도 2개의 코일 사이를 움직일 수 있는 코어(4)를 갖고 있으며, 두 코일 사이의 주파수 변화가 변위 척도를 제공하며, 제1계수기(8)가 발진기의 출력과 연결되고 적어도 발진기의 n사이클을 가지는 시간후에 발진기와 코일들 사이의 연결을 전환할 수 있게 배채된 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 주파수 변화 측정 수단은 클럭펄스를 세는 제1계수기(8)의 출력에 의해 게이트(gate)되는 제2계수기와, 두 코일 사이의 발진 주파수의 차이에 대응하는 다른 계수를 생성시키는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
- 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주파수 변화 측정수단은 발진기의 두 주파수에 대응하는 계수를 마이크로 프로세서(14)에 공급하도록 배치된 계수기를 갖고, 이 마이크로 프로세서(14)가 저장된 교정계수와 비교하여 주파수의 차이를 계산 하도록 디자인된 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 측정장치.
- 제4항, 제5항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주파수 변화 측정수단은 발진기의 두 주파수에 대응하는 계수를 마이크로 프로세서(14)에 공급하도록 배치된 계수기를 갖고, 이 마이크로 프로세서(14)가 저장된 교정계수와 비교하여 주파수의 비를 계산하도록 디자인된 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 측정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
