Abstract

자기 순환 급유를 할 수 있도록 하는 플레인 베어링으로서 부시(22)의 내주면에 나선형의 연속유홈(24)을 설치하고, 이 연속유홈의 선단부(24L)와 후단부(24R)의 바깥쪽에서 회전축(20)의 외주면과 부시(22)의 내주면을 시일부재로 액말하게 밀봉하고 또한 연속유홈(24)의 선단부(24L)와 후단분(24R)를 배관(27)으로 연통시킨 구성으로 되어 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 정지체와 회전축 사이에 부시를 끼워서 된 플레인 베어링에 있어서, 이 부시의 내주면에 이 부시의 내주에 향하여 개구하고 또한 상기 회전축의 축중심선에 잇따라서 뻗는 나선형의 연속유홈을 설치하고, 이 연속유홈의 선단부와 후단부의 바깥쪽에서 상기 회전축의 외주면과 부시의 내주면을 시일부재로 액밀하게 봉하고 또한 연속유홈의 선단부와 후단부를 배관으로 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 플레인 베어링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전축을 지지하는 정지체에 기름챔버를 설치하고, 이 회전축의 단부를 이 기름챔버에 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 플레인 베어링.
