Abstract
본 발명은 양의 온도계수를 가지는 전도성 중합체 조성물에 있어서 보다 균일한 양의 온도계수 특성을 가질수 있는 전도성 중합체 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 먼저 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체 또는 에틸렌/에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체 또는 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 또는 불화 비니리덴-헥사 플루오로 프로필렌 고무상 중합체 또는 불화 비닐리덴-헥사 플루오로 프로필렌-텐트라 플루오로 에틸렌 고무상 중합체등의 비결정성 고분자 공중합체 100중량부에 카본 블랙 30 내지 80중량부를 밴버리식 혼합기에서 혼합하여 카본 블랙 마스터 배치를 만드는 단계와, 상기의 카본 블랙 마스터 배치에 최종적으로 원하는 카본 블랙양이 되도록 폴리에티렌 또는 불화 비닐리덴등의 결정성 고분자를 넣어 혼합하여 최종적으로 양의 온도계수 특성을 지니는 전도성 고분자 중합체 조성물을 만드는 단계로 이루어진다.The present invention relates to a method for preparing a conductive polymer composition which may have a more uniform amount of temperature coefficient properties in a conductive polymer composition having a positive temperature coefficient, and firstly, an ethylene / acrylic acid copolymer or an ethylene / ethyl acrylate copolymer or Carbon black 30 to 80 in 100 parts by weight of an amorphous polymer copolymer such as ethylene / vinyl acetate or vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene rubbery polymer or vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene-tentrafluoroethylene rubbery polymer Mixing the parts by weight in a banbury mixer to form a carbon black masterbatch, and finally adding a crystalline polymer such as polystyrene or vinylidene fluoride to the carbon black masterbatch so as to finally have a desired amount of carbon black.
