Claims (9)
- 고분자 사슬내에 부타디엔 아크릴로 니트릴 러버 변성체가 분지된 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지.상기식에서 A는 본 발명의 고분자의 주 사슬로 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 알킬 에스테르와 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 하이드록실 알킬 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산의 랜덤 공중합체이고 분자량이 10,000∼50,000이며, X는 A의 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 하이드록실 알킬 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산에 랜덤하게 분지된 부타디엔 아크릴로 니트릴 러버 변성체로서 분자량이 3,000∼4,000 정도이다.또한 ℓ은 정수로서 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 하이드록실 알킬 에스테르, α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산의 양에 따라 변할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산의 알킬 에스테르가 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 메틸 아크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 메타크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸 헥실 메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸 헥실 아크릴레이트, 라우릴 메타크릴레이트, 라우릴 아크릴레이트, 이소보릴 메타크릴레이트 또는 이소보릴 아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(I)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 하이드록실 알킬 에스테르가 2-하이드록실 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-하이드록실 에틸 아크릴레이트 또는 2-하이드록실 프로필 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(I)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르가 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜 아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(I)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산이 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(I)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지.
- α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 하이드록실 알킬 에스테르, α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산과 부타디엔 아크릴로 니트릴 러버 변성체를 이중결합 방지제 촉매 존재하에 반응시켜 혼성 중합체를 제조하고 이 혼성 중합체를 라디칼 중합 개시제 존재하에 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산의 알킬 에스테르중 하나 또는 그 이상의 단량체로 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 일반식(I)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지의 제조방법.상기식에서 A는 본 발명의 고분자의 주 사슬로 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 알킬 에스테르와 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 하이드록실 알킬 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산의 랜덤 공중합체이고 분자량이 10,000∼50,000이며 X는 A의 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 하이드록실 알킬 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산에 랜덤하게 분지된 부타디엔 아크릴로 니트릴 러버 변성체로서 분자량이 3,000∼4,000 정도이다. 또한 ℓ은 정수로서 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 하이드록실 알킬 에스테르, α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 또는 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산의 양에 따라 변할 수 있다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부타디엔 아크릴로 니트릴 러버 변성체와 상기 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르의 당량비가 2 : 1∼2 : 1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 혼성 중합체의 양이 최종 아크릴 수지의 5∼30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 이중결합 방지 촉매가 하이드로 퀴논, 터셔리 부틸 하이드로 퀴논, 터셔리 부틸 카테콜, 파라 벤조 퀴논 또는 2,6-디터셔리 부틸-4-메틸페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 열가소성 아크릴 수지의 제조방법.
