제 1 도는 종래의 고출력 레이저 냉각장치 구성도.
제 2 도는 본 발명에 의한 다중 냉각장치 구성도.
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
5 : 물탱크 6 : 응축기
7 : 공기냉각기 8, 9 : 필터
10 : 체크밸브 M1, M2: 순환펌프
a-f, a', b' : 가스, 물 및 공기라인

Claims (1)

  1. 압축기(1), 응축기(2) 및 팽창밸브(3)를 통해 냉각수가 순환되는 팬코일부(4)를 냉각시키도록 한 것에 있어서, 상기 압축기(1)와 팬코일부(4)간의 프레온 가스라인(a)과 응축기(2)와 팽창밸브(3)간의 가스라인(b) 사이에 공기냉각기(7)를 설치하되 상기 공기냉각기(7)를 순환하는 공기라인(d)(d')에 복수의 공기필터(8)(9)를 직렬로 연결설치하고, 상기 팬코일부(4)에 의해 냉각된 기체로 냉각수가 저장된 탱크(5)내의 물을 열교환시켜 응축기(6)를 통해 응축된 냉각수가 공급되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고출력 레이저의 다중 냉각장치.
