Claims (19)
- 액체탄화수소 공급원료로부터 황화카르보닐을 제거하기 위한 방법으로서, a)금속성 니켈과 니켈산화물을 둘 모두로서 존재하는, 지지재료상에 침전된 니켈을 포함하고 있는 흡착재료에 탄화수소 공급원료를 통과시키고 ; b) 감소된 황화카르보닐 함량을 갖는 액체탄화수소 흐름을 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 액체탄화수소 공급원료가 올레핀 탄화수소 공급원료인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 흡착재료가 3.5mm 이하의 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 흡착재료가 100 내지 200㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소 공급원료가 75중량% 이상의 프로필렌을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 흡착재료가 40 내지 70중량%의 전체 니켈을 포함하고 금속성 니켈이 전체 니켈중의 35 내지 70중량%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 0℃ 내지 90℃의 온도에서, 액상으로 공급원료를 유지시키기에 충분한 압력하에서 0.1 내지 20의 LHSV에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회수된 탄화수소 흐름이 50중량ppb를 초과하지 않은 황화카르보닐 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 프로필렌을 함유한 액체탄화수소 공급원료로부터 황화카르보닐을 제거하기 위한 방법으로서, a) 실리카, 실리코-알루미나, 알루미나, 규조토 및 그들의 어떠한 조합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 지지체 상에 침전된 니켈(이 니켈은 35 내지 70중량%의 금속성 니켈 및 30중량% 내지 65중량%의 니켈산화물로 이루어짐)로 구성되는 흡착재료상에, 공급원료중의 황화카르보닐의 농도를 50ppb를 초과하지 않는 농도까지 감소시키는데 충분한 시간동안 상기의 탄화수소 공급원료를 통과시키고, b) 감소된 황화카르보닐 함량을 갖는 액체탄화수소 흐름을 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기의 흡착재료가 3.5mm 이하의 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기의 흡착재료가 100 내지 200㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탄화수소 공급원료가 75중량% 이상의 프로필렌을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 흡착재료가 40 내지 70중량%의 니켈을 함유하고, 30 내지 60중량%의 지지재료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 0℃ 내지 90℃의 온도에서, 액상으로 공급원료를 유지시키기에 충분한 압력하에서 0.1 내지 20의 LHSV에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 탄화수소 공급원료가 95중량% 이상의 프로필렌을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 액체 프로필렌 공급원료로부터 황화카르보닐을 제거하기 위한 방법으로서, a) 실리카, 실리코-알루미나, 및 이들의 어떠한 조합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된, 지지체상에 침전되어 있는 40 내지 70중량%의 니켈(이 니켈은 35 내지 70중량%의 금속성 니켈 및 30중량% 내지 65중량%의 니켈산화물을 포함하고 있음)을 포함하고 흡착재료상에, 0℃ 내지 90℃의 온도에서, 액상으로 프로필렌 공급원료를 유지시키기에 충분한 압력하에서, 황화카르보닐 농도를 50ppb를 초과하지 않는 수준으로 감소시키기에 충분한 액체 시간-공간 속도(LHSV)에서 프로필렌 공급원료를 통과시키고 ; b) 처리된 프로필렌 공급원료를 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 프로필렌 공급물증의 황화카르보닐의 본래 농도가 1 내지 70중량ppb인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 흡착재료가 3.5mm 이하의 입자크기와 100 내지 200㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 액체 시간-공간 속도가 0.1 내지 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
