Claims (8)
- 중량비 조성이 C≤0.25%, mn : 0.8-1.5%, P≤0.1%, S : 0.15%, Si : 0.05-0.40%이며, 제조가 완성된 후에, 황화망간의 포함물이 중량비로 SiO2: 35 내지 45%, Al2O3: 10 내지 25%, MnO : 10 내지 20%의 평균 조성을 갖는 가소성 산화물 층에 의해서 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계절삭용 연강.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소의 중량비 함량이 대략 0.16%이하이거나 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 기계절삭용 연강.
- 제2항에 있어서, 그 칼슘 함량이 대략 5 내지 50ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계절삭용 연강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 그 텔루륨 함량이 대략 5 내지 200ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계절삭용 연강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 그 납 함량이 대략 0.05 내지 0.30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계절삭용 연강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탄소의 중량비 함량이 대략 0.09%이하이거나 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 기계절삭용 연강.
- 제7항에 있어서, 금속욕에 규소를 추가한 다음에 강철의 톤당 0.1 내지 0.3kg의 알루미늄이 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계절삭용 연강을 제조하는 방법.
