Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. 로그에 감긴 재료의 꼬리부를 푸는 수단과, 상기 고리부의 단부를 검출하는 수단과, 웨브재에 접착재를 도포하는 수단과, 상기 접착제는 꼬리부의 단부를 로그에 접착하는 역할을 하며, 로그를 되감아서 로그에 꼬리부를 접착하는 수단과, 그리소 상기 로그를 이동시키는 수단을 포함하며, 로울 또는 로그를 형성하는 웨브재의 꼬리부를 접착하는 장치에 있어서, 작용분기분(131, 15A)가 평행하고, 서로 중첩되어 있으며, 로울 또는 로그(R)의 직경보다 약간 작은 정도로 떨어져 있으며, 그리고 같은 방향으로 전진하는 한쌍의 엔들리스컨베이어부재(13, 15)와, 하부작용분기부(13A)보다 더긴 상부작용분기부(15A)와, 센서(39)에 의해 상기 꼬리부(L)의 단부모서리의 위치를 조정할 수 있는, 상기 엔들리스컨베이어부재(13, 15)의 상류에 위치한, 로그(R)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 작용분기부가 실질적으로 수평하게 뻗고 약간 수렴하는, 한쌍의 엔들리컨베이어부재(13, 15)의 작용분기부(13A, 15A)사이의 거리를 조정하기 위한 수단(43), (45)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 컨베이어(15)의 유닛(11)의 전방의 무게를 감소시키는 수단(47)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 이동할 수 있고, 상부 엔들리스컨베이어부재(15)를 지지하는 유닛(41)과, 상기 유닛을 매달고 그것을 자기자신과 평행하게 이동시키고 그 경사를 변경시킬 수 있는 체인형식등의 가요성수단(43)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한느 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 이동할 수 있고, 상부 엔들리스컨베이어부재(15)를 지지하는 유닛(41)과, 상기 유닛을 매달고 그것을 자기자신과 평행하게 이동시키고 그 경사를 변경시킬 수 있는 체인형식등의 가요성수단(43)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 2개의 엔들리스컨베이어부재(13, 15)는 일정속도에서 연속적인 동작으로 작동할 수 있으며, 하부의 것(13)은 조정할 수 있는 차속(差速)으로 약간 빠르게 이동할 수 있어, 조정된 꼬리부(L)의 풀림길이, 즉 접착영역과 꼬리부의 단부사이의 소정거리를 달성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 꼬리부의 모서리(L)를 푸는 상기 그루우프(31)는 하부컨베이어부재(13)의 작용분기부(13A)에 대해 약간 상류의 위치에 있는 디스크(33)와, 앞으로 굴러가는 로그는 상부 콘베이어부재(15) 및 디스크(33)와 접촉하게 됨으로써 정지하며, 상기 디스크(33)를 회전 구동해서, 로그를 회전시키는 방향으로 회전시켜, 꼬리부(L)를 되감는 수단과, 상기 꼬리부(L)를 푸는 블로우노즐(35, 37)과, 그리고 소정시간에 디스크를 정지시키는 광학센서(39)를 구비한 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 하부엔들리스컨베이어부재(13)의 작용분기부(13A) 밑에 위치한 흡인박스(51)와, 이 컨베이어부재(13)는 공기를 투과시킬 수 있어, 꼬리부(L)를 상기 엔들리스컨베이어(13, 15)의 작용분기부(13A, 15A)와 함께 앞으로 이동하는 로그의 앞에 유지시키며, 그리고 상기 작용분기부(13A)의 구동로울러(19)를 따라 뻗는 개구부(55)를 형성하는 단부벽(53)과, 그리고 그 안에 꼬리부가 삽입되고, 또 그로부터 상기 꼬리부(L)는, 로그를 구르게해서 접착제분배수단(58)위를 전진시키는 상기 상부엔들리스컨베이어부재(15)의 작용분기부(15A)에 의해 원상태로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 디스크(33)의 정지를 지연시켜, 로그의 종단모서리부(L)를 2개의 엔들리스컨베이어부재(13, 15)의 작용분기부(13A, 15A)사이에서 로그가 전전하기전에 뒤의 위치에 가져오게 하는 타이머(131)와 하부컨베이어(13)와 로그사이에 모서리(L)가 끼게됨을 피하기 위하여 붙여진 강모(剛毛)(161) 또는 동등한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 웨브재의 로그의 꼬리부를 접착하는 개량된 장치.
