Claims (1)
- 장석광에 함유된 함철광물 및 석영을 부선법에 의하여 분리제거함에 있어서, 마광단계에서 매질로 가성소다 500gr/t을 첨가하여 마광하고, 마광시 첨가된 가성소다의 슬라임을 제거하기 위하여 스크러버로서 교반시켜 슬라임을 제거한 산물을 부선기에 옮긴 후 1차로 운모 및 함철광물을 제거하기 위해 포수제로 엔알킬트리메틸렌디아민(n-alkyltrimethlene diamine(RNH2(CH2)3NH3(CH3COO)2과 쏘디움 페트롤륨썰포네이트(Sodium petroleum sulfonte(CnH2n-(6-10)SO3Na)의 비율을 1 : 7로 하고 기포제로 폴리프로필렌글리콜(Polypropylene glycol) 50gr/t 사용하여 황산이나 불산을 사용하지 않고 중성영역에서 부선분리하는 방법과 2차로 석영과 장석의 부선분리시 포수제로 엔알킬트리메틸렌 디아민(n-alkytrimethylene diamine)과 쏘디움 페트롤륨썰포네이트(Sodium petroleum sulfonate)비율을 1 : 4하고 기포제 폴리프로필렌 글리콜(Polyproylene glycol) 50g/t사용하여 황산이나 불산을 사용하지 않고 중성영역에서 석영-장석을 분리하는 방법.
