Claims (6)
- 빔광을 광디스크의 기록면에 집광시키는 대물렌즈를 포커싱방향과 트랙킹방향으로 이동이 가능하게 조절하는 광디스크 구동장치의 광픽업장치에 있어서, 상기 포커싱방향으로 회동이 가능한 수평암(21, 22)의 일측 끝부분(23, 24)에 대물렌즈(2)가 설치되고, 상기 수평암(21, 22)의 타측 끝부분(26, 27)에 트랙킹방향으로 운동을 하는 트랙킹지지부(28)가 일체로 연결되며, 이 트랙킹지지부(28)의 질량중심 부위에는 상하로 삽입공(51)이 관통형성 되어져, 이 삽입공(51)에 지지쇠(30)가 설치되어지고, 이 지지쇠(30)의 상하에는 상, 하지지부(48, 49)가 설치되며, 이 상, 하 지지부(48, 49)는 스프링(29)에 의해 마찰 지지되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 구동장치의 광픽업장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수평암(21, 22)은 트랙킹 지지부(28)의 일측 상하에 설치되면서 사다리꼴 형상으로 이루어지며, 그 양측 끝부분(23, 24, 26, 27)은 수평암 중앙부분으로부터 경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 구동장치의 광픽업장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 대물렌즈(2)는 대물렌즈 지지부(56)위에 고정되어지고, 이 대물렌즈 지지부(56)와 상기 수평암(21, 22) 사이에는 직각기둥 형상의 대물렌즈 설치부(55)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 구동장치의 광픽업장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 대물렌즈 지지부(56)와 대물렌즈 설치부(55) 및 수평암(21, 22)은 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 구동장치의 광픽업장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 트랙킹 지지부(28)의 대물렌즈(2) 측 반대방향에는 밸런스 웨이트(11)가 트랙킹 지지부(28)의 상측에서 하측으로 삽입되어지며, 이 밸런스 웨이트(11)는 트랙킹 지지부(28)에서 광픽업장치(32)의 무게중심이 유지되는 위치에 설치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 구동장치의 광픽업장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 트랙킹 지지부(28)의 상측에는 ㄱ자형상의 설치부(36)가 형성되고, 이 설치부(36)의 상측편 밑면에는 장착부(54)가 형성되며, 이 장착부(54)내에 스프링(29)이 설치되어서 지지되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 구동장치의 광픽업장치.
