Abstract

본 발명은 테이프 카세트를 수용하는 케이스의 고밀폐성 및 낙하에 의한 파손을 방지하고 고급감과 외관체재를 높이는 것에 관한 것이다. 그 구성을 보면, 케이스 본체부(1) 및 덮개부(2)가 폴리프로필렌(3)과 그의 표면재가 되는 열가소성 엘라스토머(4)와의 2색성형으로 구성되고, 본체부(1)와 덮개부(2)와의 접합부중, 본체부(1)의 접합부가 열가소성 엘라스토머(4)로 성형되고 덮개부(2)의 접합부를 폴리프로필렌(3)으로 성형하였다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 테이프 카세트용 케이스의 사시도이다,
제2도는 제1도의 A-A선 단면도이다,
제3도는 제1도의 B-B선에 있어서의 본체부와 덮개부의 접합상태의 확대단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 본체부와 덮개부가 연설되어서 개폐하는 테이프 카세트의 케이스에 있어서, 상기 본체부 및 덮개부가 경질합성수지부재와 그의 표면을 씌우는 열가소성 엘라스토머와의 2색 성형에 의한 일체성형물이며, 상기 본체부와 덮개부는 그의 개폐하는 접합부의 적어도 한편을 상기 열가소성 엘라스토머로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트용 케이스.
