Claims (5)
- (a) 한쌍의 인접한 회전 가능한 천공 흡인 드럼 사이에서 연장된 가늘고 긴 좁은 통로의 형태를 규정하고, 입구단부 및 출구단부를 포함하는 한쌍의 인접한 회전 가능한 천공 흡인 드럼(26, 27), (b) 입구단부 및 출구단부를 포함하되 이 출구단부가 천공 흡인 드럼 사이에서 연장된 가늘고 긴 좁은 통로의 입구단부에 인접 위치한 연신기 부분, (c) 연신기 부분의 입구단부에 인접 위치하고, 섬유 슬라이버를 연신기 부분으로 안내하는 안내통로를 포함하는 입구 트럼펫(23), (d) 가늘고 긴 좁은 통로의 출구단부에 인접위치한 인출로울(33), (e) 입구단부 및 출구단부를 포함하고, 가늘고 긴 좁은 통로에 인접 위치하며, 입구단부에서 섬유 슬라이버를 수용하고 연신된 피복 섬유를 가늘고 긴 좁은 통로로 공급하여 이 피복섬유가 가늘고 긴 좁은 통로를 따라 연장되는 섬유에 감겨지도록 작동하는 연신기 로울(30)을 포함하는 3-코어방적사 제조용 마찰방적장치에 있어서, 심사(11) 및 내피복사(12)가 입구 트럼펫(23)을 통과하여 연신기 부분에서 연신될 때 내패복사(12)가 심사(11)를 둘러싸서 피복시키고 연신기 로울(30)에서 공급되는 외피복사(13)는 가늘고 긴 좁은 통로를 통과하는 심사(11) 및 내피복사(12)의 둘레를 피복시켜서 3-코어방적사를 제조하도록 하기 위하여, 연신기 부분에, 입구 트럼펫(23) 내의 상부 안내통로(40)를 통과한 심사(11)가 하부 안내통로(39)를 통과한 내피복사(12)의 중심부분을 향하도록 하부 안내통로(39)에 인접위치된 상부 안내통로(40)를 포함하는 심사공급수단을 갖는 것이 특징인 3-코어방적사 제조용 마찰방적 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입구 트럼펫(23)은 평면 입구 표면(36)과 출구단부를 포함하고 이 출구단부는 외향 연장된 정점(45)에서 함께 결합하는 한쌍의 내향 만곡 표면(43, 44)을 포함하며, 입구 트럼펫(23)의 상부 안내통로(40) 및 하부 안내통로(39) 각각은 평면 입구 표면(36)의 입구단부 및 외향 연장된 정점(45)에 인접한 출구단부를 포함하되 여기서 입구단부는 평면 입구 표면(36)에 일정한 간격을 유지하여 배치되거나 수직으로 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 3-코어방적사 제조용 마찰방적장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상부 안내통로(40) 및 하부 안내통로(39)의 출구단부는 입구 트럼펫(23)의 외향 연장된 정점(45)에 서로 인접하여 위치함을 특징으로 하는 3-코어방적사 제조용 마찰방적장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 입구 트럼펫(23)의 평면 입구 표면(36)은 안내통로를 통과하는 섬유의 분리를 지속시키기 위하여, 평면 입구 표면(36)에서 외향 연장되고 상부 및 하부 안내통로의 일정한 간격으로 배치된 입구단부 사이에서 연장되는 수평 안내대(42)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 3-코어방저사 제조용 마찰방적장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 연신기 부분은 연속하는 연신 로울쌍(20, 21, 22)을 포함하고, 입구 트럼펫(23) 출구 단부의 내향 만곡 표면(43, 44)은 제 1 연신 로울쌍(20)의 둘레 표면에 실제로 합치되며, 입구 트럼펫(23)의 외향 연장된 정점(45)은 제 1 연신 로울쌍(20)의 접착점에 인접하여 위치함을 특징으로 하는 3-코어방적사 제조용 마찰방적 장치.
