Claims (15)
- 포장용에 사용되는 대전방지 또는 정전 소멸성 시이트상 물질에 있어서, 대전방지 물질을 처리하기전의 시이트상 물질은 걸리 덴시토메타로 측정한 약 5 내지 25초/100ml 범위내의 다공도를 갖고 있는 시이트상 물질의 웨브의 최소한 일면에는 수용성 비가교 대전방지성 비가교 중합체의 용액이 침투 건조되어 정전하 제어 특성을 갖는 대전방지 물질이 형성되었으며 시이트상 물질의 웨브에 처리되어 건조된 대전방지 물질은 시이트상 물질에 대하여 약 15% 이하의 상대 습도에서 1×105내지 1×1012ohm/스퀘어 정도의 표면 저항성과 접지되었을때 15% 이하의 상대습도에서 5000인가 볼트로 부터 테크니칼 제로 볼트로 되는 2초 이하의 전압 소멸시간을 시이트상 물질에 부여함을 특징으로 하는 포장용 대전방지 또는 정전 소멸성 시이트상 물질.
- 청구범위 1 항에서, 전기한 중합체가 전기 전동성 제 4 암모늄 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 시이트상 물질.
- 포장물에 사용하는 패드형 제품으로 구성된 종이 완충재에 있어서, 웨브의 양측 연부를 느슨하게 말아서 구겨진 베개형상으로 되도록 형성한 종이 웨브로 구성된 양측부와 전기한 베개 형상 부분의 대접되는 연부를 결합시켜서된 패드상 제품의 중앙부를 구성하는 중앙연결부로 구성되고 중앙연결부는 전기한 중앙부에서 서로 겹쳐지게 하여 봉착한 봉착 부분을 포함하며, 전기한 베개형상의 양측부는 탄성을 갖고 있는 중앙 연결부보다 두께가 두꺼우며 전기한 종이 웨브는 최소한 그 일면에 대전방지액이 침투 건조되어 정전하의 소멸성을 나타냄과 동시에 완충 특성을 나타내도록 되었으며 또한 전기한 웨브는 정전방지물질로 처리하기 전에 걸리 덴시토메타로 측정한 5 내지 25초/100ml 범위의 다공도를 갖고 있으며 전기한 대전방지 물질은 전기한 완충재를 형성하기 전에 수용성 대전방지성 비가교 중합체의 용액을 전기한 웨브에 침투건조되어 전기한 깔개 제품에 15% 이하의 상대습도에서 1×105내지 1×1012ohm/스퀘어 범위의 표면 저항성과 접지하에서 5000인가볼트로부터 테크니칼 제로 볼트로 되는 2초 이하의 최대전압 소멸시간을 부여함을 특징으로 하는 포장용 완충재.
- 청구범위 3 항에서, 완충재가 30파운트 크라프트 펄프의 종이 웨브 3겹으로 형성되었을때 입방 피트당 0.6 내지 0.75 파운드의 밀도를 갖고 있고 겹쳐진 종이 웨브 중의 하나 또는 그 이상이 완충재로 중첩형성되기 전에 전술한 대전방지 물질로 처리된 것이며, 종이 웨브는 각각 완충재로 형성하기 위하여 내부로 말기전에 약 30인치의 폭으로 된 것이고 완충재의 베개상 양측부는 8 1/2 내지 9 1/2인치의 폭과 2 내지 3 1/2인치의 두께를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 완충재.
- 포장용 대전방지 또는 정전 소멸성 시이트상 물질을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 걸리 덴시로메타로 측정한 다공도가 5-25초/100ml 범위내인 시이트상 물질의 웨브의 최소한 일면에 수용성 비가교 중합체의 용액으로 된 액상 대전방지물을 침투 건조시켜 시이트상 물질이 15% 이하의 상대습도에서 1×105내지 1×1012ohm/스퀘어 범위의 표면 저항과 접지하에서 5000인가 볼트로부터 테크니칼 제로 볼트로 되는 2초 이하의 최대 전압 소멸시간을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 및 정전소멸성 시이트상 물질의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 5 항에서, 전기항 대전방지 물질의 혼합물이 물로된 액상 캐리어를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 5 항에서, 전기한 중합체가 제 4 암모늄염 화합물의 형태로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 5 항에서, 전기한 중합체의 용액이 수용성 폴리스티렌설폰산을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 1 항에서, 전기한 중합체가 수용성 폴리스티렌설폰산임을 특징으로 하는 시이트상 물질.
- 청구범위 1 항에서, 전기한 중합체가 암모늄 또는 기타의 무기염과 계면활성제의 전기 전도성 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 시이트상 물질.
- 청구범위 1 항에서, 웨브에 처리된 전기한 중합체가 건조후 웨브의 해당표면에 3000평방피이트당 0.5-1파운드로 되게 처리된 전기전도성 수지 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 시이트상 물질.
- 청구범위 1 항에서, 전기항 웨브가 전기한 다공도를 갖는 크리프트 종이임을 특징으로 하는 시이트상 물질.
- 청구범위 3 항에서, 전기한 중합체가 제 4 암모늄 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 완충재.
- 청구범위 3 항에서, 웨브에 침투된 전기한 중합체가 건조후 웨브의 해당 표면에 3000평방피이트당 0.5-2파운드로 되게 처리된 전기전도성 수지 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 완충제.
- 청구범위 5 항에서, 전기한 웨브의 최소한 일면에 처리된 대전방지 혼합물이 건조후 해당 웨브의 표면에 3000평방피이트당 0.5-2파운드의 양으로 되게 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
