Claims (3)
- 테레프탈산 또는 저급 알코올 에스테르를 주체로 하는 산성분과 1,4-부탄디올을 주체로 하는 디올성분을 용융중축합하여 얻어지는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트를 일단 고화하고, 이어서 이것을 고상상태로 중합처리하여 고중합도 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 고상중합에 앞서, 용융중축합의 모노머 조합단계부터 고상중합개시까지의 임의의 시기에, 전체 구성산 성분에 대하여 0.005~2몰%의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 방향족 설폰산 화합물을 첨가하여, 이어서 고상중합반응을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고중합도 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.HO-(RO)n-Ar-SO3M (Ⅰ)(단, Ar은 벤젠환 또는 나프탈렌환이다, n은 1~10의 정수이다, R은 탄소수 2 또는 3의 알킬렌기중에서 선택되는 기이고, n이 2이상일때에는 R은 각각 동일하든 다르든 상관없다, M은 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨중에서 선택되는 알칼리 금속이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 방향족 설폰산 화합물의 존재하에서 용융중축합을 행하고, 이어서 고상중합반응을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고중합도 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 방향족 설폰산 화합물의 존재하에서 에스테르 교환반응 또는 에스테르화 반응을 행하고, 이어서 중축합반응을 행하며, 이어서 고상중합반응을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고중합도 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
