Claims (2)
- H2, CO, CH4, CO2, 및 H2O로 이루어지는 원료가스에서 4탑식 압력 스윙 흡착법에 의해서 CO가스를 분리하는 방법이고, 흡착탑에 상기 원료가스를 공급하여 H2가스를 회수함과 동시에, CO, CH4, CO2, 및 H2O를 흡착시키는 흡착공정, 그 흡착공정과 동일방향으로 전기 흡착탑 내를 감압하여, H2가스를 회수하고, 최후로 배출시키는 CH4가스를 함유하는 CO가스를 승압하여, 상기 원료가스와 혼합해서 상기 흡착탑에서 공급하는감압공정, 성기 회수한 H2가스의 일부를 상기 흡착공정과 역방향으로 공급해서 상기 흡착탑에서 CO2, CH4, 및 CO가스를 탈착 제거하는 피지공정, 및 전기 회수H2가스의 일부로 전기 흡착탑 내를 승압하는 승압 공정을, 이의 순서로 상기 넷의 흡착탑에 순차로 되풀이하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, CH4를 함유하지 않는 CO가스의 분리방법.
