가정용 위성방송 수신 안테나의 고정장치

본 고안은 일반가정에서 사용되는 위성방송 수신 안테나를 고정하기위한 장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 아파트 및 단독주택 베란다의 상, 하부 난간에 위성방송수신 안테나를 설치하는 가정용 위성방송 수신안테나의 고정장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 위성방송 수신안테나는 고정형의 스텐드에 위성방송 수신안테나를 결합하여 실내 및 아파트의 베란다에 세워놓고 사용하거나 기초보울트에 영구적으로 고정하여 사용하였으나, 이러한 위성방송 수신안테나의 고정장치는 위성방송 수신안테나만을 상, 하로 조절하거나 좌, 우로 회전시키는 구조이므로 스텐드를 세울 바닥면이 수평의 상태가 아닌 한옥의 지붕과 같이 경사진면일 경우에는 별도의 보조 구성물을 사용해야 설치가 가능해지는 결점이 있었을 뿐만 아니라, 기조 보울트를 사용하던 스텐드의 설치시에는 스텐드를 설치할 위치에 기초 보울트를 매설해야 하는 것이므로 스텐드의 설치작업이 불편해지는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 결점을 감안하여 아파트 및 단독주택 베란다의 상, 하부 난간에 괘지대와 연결구성된 협지구 및 삽지편을 고정시킴으로서 간단한 구조로 위성방송 수신안테나를 설치함과 동시에 바닥면의 형상에 관계없이 위성방송 수신안테나를 설치할 수 있도록한 가정용 위성방송 수신안테나의 고정장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
위성방송 수신안테나(1)의 삽지간(2)이 삽입되는 괘지대(10) 상측에는 조절나사(19)를 체결하여 삽지간(2)을 고정하고 괘지대(10)의 상하측에는 고정구(11)(16)를 삽입하여 용접고정하되 상측 고정구(11)에는 고정편(12)을 형성시켜 일측 협지구 (13)와 용접고정시키고 고정구(11)에 용접된 협지구(13)는 상부난간(3) 대향측의 협지구(14)와 "ㄷ"형 스테이보울트(15)로 고정하며 하측고정구(16)에는 장홀(17a) (18a)이 형성된 삽지편(17)(18)을 구성하여 하부난간(4)의 상, 하측에서 보울트(19)에 의해 고정 되도록 구성 하여서 된것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 상부난간(3)의 양측에 협지구(13)(14)를 밀착시켜 "ㄷ"형 스테이 보울트(17)로 협지구(13)(14)를 체결 고정하고 하부난간(4)에는 삽지편(17)(18)을 상, 하측으로 삽입한 후 장홀(17a)(18a)로 보울트(19)를 삽입 체결하면 괘지대(10)가 베란다의 상, 하부난간(3)(4)에 고정 설치되므로 괘지대(10)의 상측으로 삽입고정되는 위성방송 수신안테나(1)를 바닥면의 형상에 관계없이 설치할 수 있는 것이다.
즉, 아파트 및 단독주택의 베란다에 구성된 상, 하부난간(3)(4)에 위성방송 수신안테나(1)를 설치할때는 괘지대(10)의 하측고정구(16)에 구성된 삽지편(17)(18)을 하부난간(4)의 상, 하측으로 삽입하고 각각의 삽지편(17)(18)에 형성된 장홀(17a) (18a)로 보울트 (19)를 삽입하여 너트로 체결 고정한 후 괘지대(10)의 상측 고정구 (11)에 고정편(12)으로 용접 고정시킨 협지구(13)를 상부난간(3)의 정면에 밀착시키고 별도의 협지구(14)를 배면에 밀착시켜 "ㄷ"형 스테이 보울트(15)로 양측 협지구 (13)(14)를 고정하면 협지구(13)(14)와 삽지편(17)(18)에 의해 괘지대(10)가 상, 하부난간(3)(4)에 고정되므로 괘지대(10)의 상측으로 위성방송 수신안테나(1)의 삽지간(2)을 삽입하고 조절나사(19)를 괘지대(10)에서 체결하면 간단하게 위성방송 수신안테나(1)를 고정설치 할 수 있는 것이다.
이때, 협지구(13)(14)와 삽지편(17)(18)에 의해 상, 하부 난간(3)(4)에 수직의 상태로 고정된 괘지대(10)는 협지구(13)와 삽지편(17)(18)이 구성된 고정구 (11)(16)가 상하측에 용접고정된 고정구(11)의 고정편(12)이 괘지대(10)의 상, 하측에 용접고정되어 있으므로 상, 하부난간(3)(4)에 협지구(13)(14)와 삽지편(17)(18)을 고정하는 작업으로 괘지대(10)의 설치를 간단하게 완료할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 괘지대(10)의 상측으로 삽입 고정된 삽지간(2)은 괘지대(10)에서 체결된 조절나사(20)를 풀면 상. 하 조정과 좌, 우 회전 조정이 가능한 것이므로 위성방송 수신안테나(1)의 높이와 방향을 간단하게 조정할 수 있으며 위성방송 수신안테나(1)의 높이와 방향을 조정한 후 조절나사(19)를 체결하면 위성방송 수신안테나(1)의 삽지간 (2)이 괘지대(10)에 고정되는 것이다.
상기에서와 같이 본 고안은 괘지대의 상. 하측에 용접 고정되는 고정구에 협지구와 삽지편을 구성시켜 상측 고정구의 협지구는 상부난간에 고정시키고 하측 고정구의 삽지편은 하부난간에 고정시킴으로서 협지구와 삽지편을 상. 하부 난간에 고정하는 간단한 작업으로 괘지대를 베란다의 난간에 고정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 괘지대를 베란다의 난간에 고정함에 따라 바닥면의 형상에 관계 없이 위성방송 수신 안테나를 설치할 수 있으며 위성방송 수신안테나의 높이와 방향은 조절 나사를 풀면 간단히 조정할 수 있는 효과가 제공되는 것이다.

  1. 삽지간이 구성된 위성방송 수신안테나에 있어서, 괘지대(10)에 용접 고정되는 상측 고정구(11)에 협지구(14)와 함계 "ㄷ"형 스테이보울트(15)로 고정하고 하측 고정구(16)에는 장홀(17a)(18a)이 형성된 삽지편(17)(18)을 구성시켜 하부난간(4)의 상. 하측으로 삽입한 후 보울트(19)로 체결 고정하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 한 가정용 위성 방송 수신안테나의 고정장치.
