Claims (6)
- 산소 함유 가스의 흐름과 연료의 흐름을 혼합하기 위한 혼합부와, 반경방향 내측으로 연장하는 어깨부를 일단부에 가지며 출구 직경(DF)을 가지고 연료와 산소 함유 가스의 혼합물을 점화시키기 위한 화염 보유기 부분과, 내화성 버어너 타일에 의해 형성되고, 원통형 형태로 되어 있으며, 일정한 직경(DS), 유효 길이(LE) 및 전체 버어너 타일 길이(LT)를 가지고, 연소를 유지 및 증진시키기 위해 화염 보유기 부분에 인접하여 배치되고, 화염 보유기 부분의 상기 어깨부와 직접 연통하도록 상기 직경이 화염 보유기 부분의 출구 직경보다 크게 된 단일의 연소실을 포함하고, 약 2.5 : 1의 턴다운(turndown) 용량을 제공하면서 이 범위에서 균일하고 완전한 연소와 함께 한정된 화염을 유지하는 가스 버어너에 있어서, 연소실의 직경대 화염 보유기 부분의 출구 직경의 비(DS/DF)가 약 1.35-1.70이고 연소실의 유효 길이대 직경의 비(LE/DS)가 약 1.2-3.7이도록 버어너 칫수들이 상호 관련되어 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 버어너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체 버어너 타일 길이대 유효 길이의 비(LT/LE)가 약 1.2-2.0이도록 연소실 버어너 칫수들이 상호 관련되어 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 버어너.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연소실의 직경대 화염 보유기 부분의 출구 직경의 비(DS/DF)가 약 1.40-1.45인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 버어너.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연소실의 유효 길이대 직경의 비(LE/DS)가 약 1.85-3.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 버어너.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연소실의 유효길이대 직경의 비(LE/DS)가 약 1.2-1.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 버어너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소실이 화염 보유기 부분과 공통의 중앙선을 따라 축방향으로 인접하여 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 버어너.
