Claims (10)
- 하나의 기판상에 광자기 기록막이 적층되어서된 광자기 기록매체에서, 상기 기판은 135℃ 데칼린중에서 측정한 극한점도[η]가 0.05∼10dl/g이고, 연화점(TMA)이 70℃ 이상인, 에틸렌과 하기 일반식[Ⅰ]로 표시되는 시클로올레핀의 시클로올레핀계 랜덤 공중합체[A]와,(식에서, n은 0 또는 양의 정수이고, R1∼R12는 같거나 다르며, 각각은 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 탄화수소기를 나타내며, R9∼R12가 서로 결합하는 경우, 하나의 이중결합 또는 여러개의 이중결합을 임의적으로 갖는 단환 또는 다환의 탄화수소 고리를 형성할 수도 있으며, R9와 R10또는 R11과 R12가 서로 결합하는 경우, 알킬리덴기를 형성할 수도 있다)135℃, 데칼린중에서 측정한 극한점도[η]이 0.05∼5dl/g이고 연화점(TMA)이 70℃ 이하인 에틸렌과 상기 일반식[Ⅰ]로 표시되는 시클로올레핀의 시클로올레핀계 랜덤공중합체[B]를 상기 성분[A] 대 성분[B]의 중량비가 100 : 0.1∼100 : 10이 되도록 포함하는 시클로올레핀계 랜덤 공중합체 조성물로 구성된 것이고, 상기 광자기 기록막이, 3d 계열 천이금속중에서 선택된 1이상의 원소(ⅰ)와, 희토류원소중에서 선택된 1이상의 원소(ⅲ)로 구성된 것이고, 막에 수직하는 자화용이축을 갖는 것이 특징인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 상기 광자기 기록막이 적어도 하나의 3d 계열 천이금속(ⅰ), 적어도 하나의 내식성 금속(ⅱ), 적어도 하나의 희토류원소(ⅲ)들을 포함하며, 그 내식성금속의 함량이 5∼30원자 %이고, 상기 막에 수직 방향의 자화용이축을 갖는 무정형 합금박막인 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 상기 광자기 기록막중에 함유된 상기 3d 계열 천이금속(ⅰ)이 Fe 또는 Co 또는 Fe과 Co인 것이 특징인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제2항에서, 상기 광자기 기록막중에 함유된 상기 내식성 금속(ⅱ)이 Pt, Pd, Ti, Ta, Nb, Zr 및 Mo 및 Hf중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소인 것이 특징인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제2항에서, 상기 자기광학 기록막중에 함유된 상기 내식성 금속(ⅱ)이 Pt 또는 Pd 또는 Pt와 Pd인 것이 특징인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 상기 광자기 기록막중에 함유된 상기 희토류원소(ⅲ)가 Nd, Sm, Pr, Ce, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy 및 Ho 중에서 선택된 것이 특징인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제2항에서, 상기 광자기 기록막이, 상기 3d 계열 천이금속(ⅰ)을 40∼80원자 %, 상기 내식성금속(ⅱ)을 10원자 % 이상∼30원자 %이하 함유하는 것이 특징인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제2항에서, 상기 광자기 기록막이, 적어도 하나의 3d 계열 천이금속(ⅰ), 적어도 하나의 내식성 금속(ⅱ) 5∼30원자 % 포함하며, 막에 수직방향의 자화용이축을 갖는 무정형 합금박막인 것이 특징인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 상기 광자기 기록막이 3d 계열 천이금속에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소(ⅰ)와, 희토류 원소중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소(ⅲ)로 구성되고, 막에 수직한 자화용이축을 갖는 무정형 합금막인 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 상기 광자기 기록막상에 반사막이 적층된 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
