본 발명은 요금표시 수도 및 가스 메타기에 관한 것으로서 특히, 사용량의 계수기에 요금표시기능을 갖게 하여 수도요금과 도시가스 요금을 사용량에 의해 디스플레이하여 사용자가 쉽게 사용요금을 알수 있게 한것에 주안점을 둔 것이다.
종래의 사용량 계수기는 제1도와 같이 수도나 가스 공급 관로에 임펠러(10)를 설치하여 이에 연동되는 수개의 연동기어(13)를 조립시켜서 종동기어(14)측에 표시판(15)를 설치한 것인데, 이는 수도의 기계적 구조에 의해 표시판에 표시된 눈금으로 사용량을 표시할 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 가스의 경우, 기계적인 구조인 카운터가 부착되어 사용량을 표시하도록 되어 있었다. 그러므로서 사용자는 사용량은 쉽게 알수 있으나, 사용요금은 검침원이 알려주거나, 또는 사용량을 환산하여야만 사용요금을 알수 있게 되므로서 사용자에게 불편을 끼치게 되는 문제점을 가지고 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해소하고자 정확한 사용금액을 사용자가 알 수 있게 한 것으로서, 이를 첨부 도면에 따라서 설명하면 다음과 같다.
수도관로에 물의 흐름에 따라 회전하는 임펠러(10)를 설치하여 이 임펄러축(10a)에 영구자석(11)를 부착시키며 코일(12)를 가진 사용량 검출부(1)의 출력을 A/D 변환부(2)를 통해, 전원(Vcc)와 리세트 스위치(S)와 콘덴서(C) 및 저항(R)를 구성한 클리어부(6)와 연결된 마이크로 프로세서부(3)에 입력시켜서, 이 출력을 카운터부(4)를 통해 디스플레이부(5)에 연결하여서 된 것이다.
이와같은 구성으로 형성된 본 발명의 동작 및 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
물의 흐름에 따라 회전하는 임펠러(10)축의 영구자석(11)에 의해 코일(12)이 회전에 의한 회전수를 검출하는 검출부(1)의 신호가 A/D변화부(2)에 입력되어 아나로그 신호를 디지탈 신호로 바꿔서 이 신호를, 마이크로 프로세서부(3)에 입력시키게 되는데, 마이크로 프로세서부(3)에서는 입력된 신호에 의해 요금으로 이미 내장 프로그램된 환산치에 따라서 요금을 계산하여 카운터부(4)에서 계속 누적 증가하게 된다. 이러한 요금은 디스플레이부(5)에서 숫자로 표시되며 이 디스플레이부(5)는 7-비트로 구성된 공지의 LED를 사용한 것이다. 그리고, 1개월이나 한 분기를 지나 사용자가 다시 요금을 계산하고자 할 경우 클리어부(6)의 스위치(S)를 누르면 먼저 요금계산은 지워지고 다시 요금계산을 수행하여 디스플레이부(5)에 숫자로 표시한다.
이와같이 동작하는 본 발명은 수도나 가스의 사용량에 따라서 요금을 즉시 판독할 수 있으므로서 항상 요금체크가 가능하고 요금계산으로 인한 불편을 해소하고 사용이 편리하며 아울러 사용량을 요금으로 표시하기 때문에 사용량을 절약할 수 있는데도 기여할 수 있게 된 것이다.

  1. 수도, 가스 관로에 설치하여진 임펠러(12)의 회전에 의해 사용량을 검출하는 검출부(1)의 출력을 A/D변환부(2)를 통해, 클리어부(6)를 가지며 사용량을 요금으로 프로그램시킨 마이크로 프로세서부(3)의 입력측에 연결하여 이 출력에서 누설치를 계산하는 카운터부(4)를 거쳐 요금표시용 디스플레이부(5)에 연결하여서 된 요금표시 수도 및 가스 메타기.
