- 슈도모나스속 Y-132(기탁번호: KCTC 0014 BP)를 황산망간 0.015%, 티오디글리콜린산 0.1%를 함유하는 영양배지에서 배양하고, 그 균체로부터 글루타릴-7-아미노세팔로스포린산 아실라아제를 회수함을 특징으로 하는 글루타릴-7-아미노세팔로스포린산 아실라아제의 제조방법.
