Abstract

본 발명은 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 광선 굴절율이 1.5-1.9인 유리질 무기충진제, 보조충진제, 저수축제, 경화촉매, 내부 이형제, 안료, 중점제로 구성된 수지 조성물을 진공 탈포시키면서 혼합하고, 이 수지 조성물 100중량부에 대해 유리섬유를 5-100중량부를 혼합하고 다시 진공 탈포시킨 기포가 없는 복합성형재료를 평판으로 압착하여 상온 또는 가열에 의해 중점시켜 복합성형재료를 제조한 후, 이 복합성형재료를 금형에 삽입하고 가열 가압하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 광선 굴절율이 1.5-1.9인 유리질 무기충진제, 보조충진제, 저수축제, 경화촉제, 내부 이형제, 안료, 중점제로 구성된 수지 조성물을 진공 탈포시키면서 혼합하고, 이 수지 조성물 100주양부에 대해 유리섬유율 5-100중량부의 비율로 혼합하면서 다시 진공 탈포시킨 기포가 없는 복합성형재료를 평판으로 압착하여 상온 또는 가열에 의해 중점시켜 복합성형재료를 제조한 후, 이 복합성형재료를 금형에 삽입하고 가열가압하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 인조대리적의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지의 광선굴절율이 투명성 무기충진제의 굴절율과 같은 정도의 수리를 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 복합성형재료의 중점정도가 쇼아A 고무경도계로 50-60범위인 경도 상태를 나타내는 복합성형재료를 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
