Description

세라믹처리 침구 및 의류용 솜의 제조방법
본원 설명은 세라믹 처리 침구 및 의류용 솜의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
종래에 침구 및 의류용 솜에 있어서, 항균성, 탈취성 및 보온성이 우수한 것이 소망되어 있다. 본원 발명은 이와같은 문제점을 해결키위하여, 면, 양모 또는 폴리에스테르솜을 세라믹졸에 침지하고, 원심분리기에서 탈액후 50℃정도에서 일정시간 건조하여 타면기에서 타면 맹화한다. 솜에 처리되는 세라믹졸의 부착량은 2~20중량% 정도가 좋다. 가장 좋기로는 15중량% 이다.
이와같이 처리한 솜을 침구 또는 의류에 사용하면, 항균성, 탈취성, 보온성 및 숙면등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 그리고, 세라믹졸 조성비는 다음과 같다. 실리콘알콕사이드 1~20중량%, 지르코늄알콕사이드 0.5~10중량%, 실란커프링제 0.5~2중량% 콜로이달실리카 5~50중량%, 알코올 51~92.8중량%, 황산동, 질산은, 산화제2동 중에서 택일한 것 0.1~1중량% 및 염산, 초산, 인산 황산중에서 택일한 것 0.1~1중량%를 잘 혼합하여 세라믹졸을 얻는다. 이때, 실리콘알콕사이드 1중량% 이하이면 접착성이 불량하고, 20중량% 초과하면 겔화가 일어나고, 지르코늄옥사이드 0.5중량% 미만이면 접착이 불량하고, 10중량% 초과하면 겔화가 일어나며, 실란커프링제가 0.5% 미만이면 접착 불량하고, 2중량%를 초과하면 겔화가 되고 콜로달 실리카 5중량% 미만에서는 세라믹 효과가 불량하고, 50중량%를 초과하면은 접착이 불량하며,알코올 6중량% 미만에서는 투명도가 불량하고, 92.8중량% 초과하면은 세라믹 효과가 불량하며, 황산동 등의 항균제가 0.1중량% 미만에서는 항균효과가 미흡하고, 1중량% 초과하면은 솜이 변색되며, 산 0.1중량% 미만에서는 접착력이 부족하고, 1중량% 초과하면 겔화가 생겨서 나쁘다.
실시예를 들어 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
[실시예 1]
실리콘알콕사이드 10중량%, 비닐트리에톡시실란 2중량%, 콜리이달 실리카 20중량%, 지르코늄알콕사이드 5중량%, 이소프로필알코올 62중량%, 황산동 0.4중량% 및 염산 0.6중량%를 혼합하여 세라믹졸을 얻었다. 이 세라믹졸에 면솜을 침지하여 원심분리기에서 탈액후 50℃에서 20분 건조한 후, 이를 타면기에 타면, 팽화시켜 세라믹처리 침구 및 의류용 면솜을 얻었다.
솜에 세라믹졸의 부착량은 15중량% 이었다.
[실시예 2]
실시예 1에서 솜대신에 폴리에스테르 솜을 대체한 것 외에는 실시예 1과 동일하게 실시하여 세라믹처리 침구 및 의류용 인조솜을 얻었다.
이때, 세라믹졸의 부착량은 10중량％ 이었다.
[실시예3]
실시예 1 및 2에 의해 세라믹 처리된 솜과 세라믹졸로 처리하지 않은 솜의 표면에 밀가루 풀을 각각 칼로 도포한 후 25℃, 상대습도 70%의 항온조에서 15일간 방치한 다음에 그 외관을 관찰한 바 처리된 솜에서 곰팡이가 생기지 아니하였고 냄새도 별로 나지않는 반면에, 무처리된 솜에서는 표면 곳곳에 곰팡이가 생겼으며 심한 악취가 있었다.
[실시예4]
실시에 1과 2에 얻은 솜으로 이불을 만들어서 이를 각각 10명에게 20일간 사용케 한후, 그 페널테스트한 결과는 다음과 같다.
숙면효과 : 좋다 ; 7명, 모르겠다 ; 3명
보온효과 : 좋다 ; 6명, 모르겠다 ; 4명 이었다.

  1. 실리콘알콕사이드 1~20중량%, 실란커프링제 0.5~2중량%, 지르코늄알콕사이드 0.5~10중량%, 콜로이달 실리카 5~50중량%, 알코올 16~92.8중량%, 황산동, 질산은, 산화제2동 중에서 택일한 것 0.1~1중량% 및 염산, 초산, 인산, 황산중에서 택일한 것 0.1~1중량%를 혼입하여 얻은 세라믹 졸에, 면·양모 또는 폴리에스테르솜을 침지, 탈액후 40~80℃에서 건조, 타면하여서된 세라믹 처리침구 및 의류용 솜의 제조방법.
