Claims (13)
- 유기관능 실란을 가수분해하고 ; 폴리올레핀 필름의 표면을 가수분해된 실란으로 도포 및 건조하고 ; 도포된 표면을 전자 빔 주사하여 가수분해 된 실란층내의 실란대 실란 구조의 중합반응을 더 개시하여 또한 이를 폴리올레핀 표면에 그라프트화 하는 공정을 포함하는, 차단 피막이 폴리올레핀 필름의 표면에 접착되도록 효과적인 표면장력을 증가시기 위한, 폴리올레핀 필름표면의 개량방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 전자 빔 주사가 180kv의 2-5 메가리드 전자 빔 에너지로 달성되는 방법 .
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리마-도포 실란-그라프트화 필름이 더욱 전자 빔 주사되어 폴리마 피막을 가교 결합 실란 필름에 결합시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 요구되는 차단성을 갖는 폴리마가, 건조되어 연속적인 폴리마 필름을 형성하는 라텍스의 형태로 부착되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴레이트 에스테르 모노마 또는 모노마혼합물이 그라프트화 폴리실록산에 도포되고 또한 전자 빔 방사선으로 개시되어 피막을 중합화하고 동시에 피막을 실록산에 그라프트화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라텍스 피막이 아크릴레이트 라텍스, 비닐 아세테으트 라텍스, 및 비닐리덴 클로라이드 라텍스중의 어느 하나인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피막이 아크릴로니트릴과 같이 전자 빔 방사선 처리상에서 중합반응 개시를 위한 유리기를 통상적으로 생성하지 않는 형태의 모노마로 부터 제조되어, 여기에 수용체를 첨가하여 전자 빔 방사 선처리하에서 모노마가 실란 피막위의 피막층으로서 중합화하는데 유용하도록 하여, 상기와 같은 방사선 처리하에서 모노마가 유리기를 형성하여 중합반응을 개시하는 과정이 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용체가 벤조일 과산화물과 같은 안정한 과산화물 형태인 방법.
- 아크릴로니트릴과 같이, 전자 빔 방사선 처리상에서 통상 유리기를 생성하지 않는 형태의 모노마를 전자 빔 중합반응 개시에 적합하도록 하는 방법으로서, 수용체를 모노마에 가하여 전자 빔 방사선 처리상에서 유리기를 형성하여 모노마의 중합반응 개시하는 방법.
- 요구되는 차단성을 갖는 유기실란 및 라텍스를 폴리올레핀 필름의 표면에 적용하고 ; 및 상기 유기실란 및 라텍스를 전자 빔 조사하여 양방이 중합화하는 동안에 실란을 필름에, 라텍스를 실란에 그라프트화하는 것으로 구성되는, 차단 피막이 폴리올레핀 필름의 표면에 접착되도록 효과적인 표면장력을 증가시키기 위한 폴리올레핀 필름 표면의 개량방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 차단층 도포 폴리올레핀 제품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 필름이 실록산으로 도포된 후, 비유사 필름을 아크릴레이트 도포(dope)중 어느 것으로나 적층하는 추가적인 단계가 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란 표면 그라프트화 폴리올레핀 필름을 소정의 차단성을 갖는 폴리머로 도포하는 공정을 또한 포함하는 폴리올레핀 필름표면의 개량방법.
