Abstract

본 발명은 시이트상의 원단을 재봉하여서 된 포대에 있어서, 표면이 열접착에 의해 처리되어 있고 표면에 폴리에틸렌(PE)수지필름 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP)수지필름으로 라미네이팅된 스펀본드부직포 원단으로 이루어져 있으며, 이 원단은 그 양측 주연의 재봉부위를 딸 일정한 폭과 두께의 종이가 열용융접착되어 있고, 이들 재봉부위를 공지형상으로 각각 접어 재봉하여서 된 것으로서, 내수성이 뛰어나고 가벼우며 적절한 강도와 우수한 인쇄성 및 통기성을 가지고 있는 스펀본드 부직포를 재료로 하기 때문에 설탕, 시멘트 등의 수분흡수성이 높은 제품이나 사료, 감자, 고구마 등의 제품용 포대로 유용한 스펀본드 부직포 포대에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 시이트상의 원단을 재봉하여서 된 포대에 있어서, 표면이 열접착에 의해 처리되어 있고 표면에 폴리에틸렌(PE)수지필름 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP) 수지필름(1)으로 라미네이팅된 스펀본드부직포(2) 원단으로 이루어져 있으며, 이 원단은 그 양측 주연의 재봉부위(3a,3b)를 따라 폭 8~12㎝, 두계 80~150g/㎡의 종이(4)가 열용융접착되어 있고, 이들 재봉부위(3a, 3b)를 공지형상으로 각각 접어 재봉하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀본드부직포 포대.
  2. 시이트상의 원단을 재봉하여서 포대를 제조함에 이써서, 표면무뉘모양을 형성시키면서 열접착한 스펀본드 부직포의 표면을 PE 도는 PP 수지필름으로 라미네이팅 처리하고, 이를 재단한 다음 그 양측의 재봉부위에 폭 8~12㎝이고, 두께 80~150g/㎡인 종이를 140~160℃로 열용융 접착시킨후, 이 재봉부위를 공지의 방법으로 접어 재봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀본드부직포 포대의 제조방법.
