Description
Claims (3)
- 고체 촬상소자를 구성함에 있어서, 수직 CCD를 제거하고 수평 CCD만으로 구성하되 짝수라인은 폴리게이트의 좌측 가장자리에 배리어 임플란트를 하고 홀수라인은 폴리게이트의 우측끝에 배리어 임플란트를 하여 포토다이오드와 CCD를 연결하고, 짝수개의 폴리게이트로 CCD 각 라인을 연결하고, 홀수라인과 짝수라인의 분리부분은 포토다이오드의 가장 아랫라인과 쉬프트게이트 및 신호방향을 바꿔주는 HCCD영역으로 구성하고, 홀수 및 짝수 HCCD통로가 함께 동일한 플로팅디퓨전에 연결되도록 출력게이트를 소발톱형으로 만든것을 특징으로 하는 지그재그 인터라인 고체 촬상소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, CCD각 라인을 연결하는 짝수개의 폴리게이트는 반원형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 지그재그 인터라인 고체 촬상소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홀수라인과 짝수라인의 분리부분에서 쉬프트게이트는 폴리게이트로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 지그재그 인터라인 고체 촬상소자.
