Description
Claims (10)
- 필름기판상에 소정의 간격으로 발광소자와 제1수광소자를 배치하고, 상기 발광소자에 의해서 상기 피험체(被驗體)의 한쪽으로부터 발광시키고, 소정의 광로내를 통과한 광을 다른쪽에서 상기 제1수광소자에 의해 검출하고, 상기 피험체에 의한 흡광의 크기의 변화를 검출하는 광센서에 있어서, 상기 발광소자의 근방에 배치되고, 상기 발광소자의 온도변화에 따른 광량의 변화를 검출하는 제2수광소자와, 상기 제2수광소자의 수광출력에 응답하여, 상기 발광소자의 온도변화에 따른 광량의 변화를 보정하도록 상기 발광소자에 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2수광소자는, 상기 발광소자로부터 광을 직접 수광할 수 있도록 상기 기판상에 상기 발광소자와 함께 또한 상기 발광소자의 근방에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자는 2개의 LED칩으로 구성되고, 상기 제2수광소자는 2개의 LED칩으로부터 각각 동일한 거리에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2수광소자와 발광소자는, 상기 기판상에 도포된 투명한 수지에 의해 덮혀져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2수광소자는, 반구형상의 투명수지의 내면에서 발광소자로부터 일부 반사된 광을 수광할 수 있는 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 투명수지의 반구형상 표면을, Ag로 증착한 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 제2수광소자로부터 수광출력전류를 전압으로 변화시키는 전류전압변환회로와, 상기 전압을 디지틀신호로 변환하는 A/D 변환회로와, 상기 디지틀신호를 수신하여 상기 전압 및 소정의 허용전압보다 작은지의 여부를 판별하고, 판별한 결과에 따라 발광소자에 흐르는 전류의 크기를 제어하는 CPU로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 필름기판상에 소정의 간격으로 발광소자와 수광소자를 배치하고, 상기 발광소자에 의해서 상기 피험체의 한쪽으로부터 발광시키고, 소정의 광로내를 통과한 광을 다른쪽에서 수광소자에 의해 검출하고, 상기 피험체에 의한 흡광의 크기의 변화를 검출하는 광센서에 있어서, 가열수단은, 필름기판상의 발광소자와 반대쪽에 있고, 또한 상기 발광소자에 대응하는 위치에 배치되고, 상기 발광소자와 상기 수광소자중 어느 한쪽 이상의 근방에 가열수단과 온도검출수단을 배치하고, 온도검출수단에 의해서 검출되는 온도가 일정하게 되도록, 상기 가열수단에 의해서 상기 발광소자와 상기 수광소자중 어느 한쪽 이상의 근방을 가열하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 온도검출수단은, 발광소자의 히트싱크에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은, 필름기판상의 수광소자와 반대쪽에 있고, 또한 상기 수광소자에 대응하는 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
