제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 오일 및 공기 윤활장치를 도시하는 상반부 단면도,
제2도는 제1도의 (2)-(2)선을 따라 취한 단면도,
제3도는 제1도의 (3)-(3)선을 따라 취한 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 오일 공급원에서 단일의 급유통로(7)의 벽을 따라 공기에 의해 반송되는 오일을 다수의 분지로(11,12,13,14)를 통하여 다수의 급유개소로 분배하는 오일 및 공기 윤활장치에 있어서, 상기 급유통로(7)에서 최하류의 급유개소로의 분지로를 제외한 다른 모든 급유개소로의 분지로 마다에 각 급유개소에 소정량의 오일을 분배공급하는 분배수단(8, 9, 10)이 마련되어 있고, 상기 각 분배수단(8, 9, 10)에 대응하는 급유개소에 필요량의 오일을 도입시키는 단일의 도입로(D, G, I)와 하류의 분배수단을 향하여 필요량의 오일을 통과시키는 한개 이상의 통과로(A, B, C, E, F. H)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 및 공기윤활장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도입로(D, G, I) 및 통과로(A, B, C, E, F, H)의 각각에 대해 오일 공급량을 균등화하기 위해 상기 분배수단(8, 9, 10)의 유입구측에 있어서 상기 급유통로(7)에 설치된 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 및 공기 윤활 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 균등화 수단이 슬리브(20)의 원주 방향에 있어서 등간격으로 다수의 슬리트(21)를 가진 슬리브(20)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 및 공기 윤활장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 균등화 수단이 분배피스(27a, 27b, 27c)의 원주를 따라 등간격으로 배치되고, 상기 분배피스(27a, 27b, 27c)의 축선에 대하여 경사진 다수의 경사홈(a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i)을 가진 분배피스(27a, 27b, 27c)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 및 공기 윤활장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 균등화 수단이 분배수단의 상류측에 설치된 오리피스(28)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 및 공기 윤활장치.
