Claims (4)
- 제1축과, 그 제1축과 설치한 편심체를 통해 이 제1축에 대해 편심 회전가능한 상태로 설치한 복수개의 외치기어와, 그 외치기어가 내접하여 맞물리는 내치기어와, 상기 외치기어에 그 외치기어의 자전성분만을 전달하는 수단을 통해 연결된 제2축을 갖춘 내접맞물림유성기어 구조에 있어서, 상기 외치기어의 각각의 잇수를 그 외치기어갯수의정수배로 설정하고 또 상기 내치기어와 외치기어와의 잇수차를 외치기어갯수의 정수배로 설정하며, 상기 복수개의 외치기어를 겹친 상태로 동시에 가공함과, 아우러, 각 외치기어의 같은 위치에 절삭된 외치들이 운전시에 동시에 내치기어와 맞물리지 않도록 각 외치기어를 각각의 최대편심방향으로 편행이동하면서 조립한 것을 특징으로 하는 내접맞물림유성기어구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외치기어의 개수가 2, 상기 내치기어와 외치기어와의 잇수차가 2로 설정되고, 또 상기 2개의 외치기어를 각가의 최대편심방향으로 그대로 회전시키는 일없이 서로 이탈시켜 조립함으로써 각 외치기어의 같은 위치에 절삭된 외치들이 운전시에 동시에 내치기어와 맞물리지 않도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내접맞물림 유성기어구조.
- 외부부재와 연결되는 본추고가, 그 본축의 회전에 대응하여 회전하는 복수의 제1축과, 그 복수의 제1축에 설치한 편심체를 통해 상기 본체에 대해 편심회전가능한 상태로 설치된 복수개의 외치기어와, 그 외측기어가 내접하여 맞물리는 내치기어와, 상기 외치기어에 그 외치기어의 자전성분만을 전달하는 수단을 통해 연결된 제2툭을 갖춘 내접맞물림유성기어구조에 있어서, 상기 각 외치기어의 각각의 잇수를 그 외치기어갯수의 정수배로 설정하고 또 상기 내치기어와 외치기어와의 잇수차를 외치기어갯수의정수배로 설정하며, 상기 복수개의 외치기어를 겹친 상태로 동시에 가공함과 아울러, 각 외치기어의 같은 위치에 절삭된외치들이 운전시에 동시에 내치기어와 맞물리지 않도록 각 외치기어를 각각의 최대편심방향으로 평행이동하여조립한 것을 특징으로 하는 내접맞물림유성기어구조.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1축의 수가 3, 상기 외치기어의 개수가 2, 상기 내치기어와 외치기어와의 잇수차가 2로 설정되고, 또 상기 2개의 외치기어를 각각의 최대편심방향으로 그대로 회전시키는 일없이 서로 이탈시켜 조립함으로써 각 외치기어의 같은 위치에 절삭된 외치들이 운전시에 동시에 내치기어와 맞물리지 않도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내접맞물림유성기어구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
