Claims (23)
- 제1부재를 차량 서스펜션의 제2부재에 장착시켜서 제1 부재와 제2 부재 사이에 제한된 관절운동을 허용하는 탄성중합체 부싱에 있어서, 사이 제1 부재는 소정둘레의 구멍을 가지며, 상기 부싱은 상기 구멍내에 수용될 수 있으며, 제2 부재에 견고하게 고정되도록된 내부부재, 구멍내에 수용될 수 있으며 그 안에서 제1 부재에 견고하게 고정될 수 있는 외부부재, 및 상기 내부부재 및 외부부재 사잉 압축되게 유지될 수 있는 탄성중합체 삽입부재로 구성되며, 외부부재는 조정부를 구성하여 외부부재가 정상적으로는 소정둘레보다 큰 둘레를 가질 때, 그 둘레가 조정되어 상기 부싱이 상기 구멍내에 견고하게 삽입되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정부는 외부부재에서 축방향으로 뻗는 내향굴곡부인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부부재는 소정둘레보다 정상적으로는 작은 둘레를 가진 반경방향으로 내향하는 환상립을 외부부재의 각각의 단부에 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부부재는 대략 원형의 단면형상을 가진 관체인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내부부재의 단면형상은 대략 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 내부 및 외부부재는 동축적인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부부재는 축방향으로 갈라지고 제1 및 제2 에지를 가지고, 상기 조정부는 돌기부를 가진 제1 에지와 홈을 가진 제2 에지로 구성되며 돌기부는 홈에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 내부부재의 단면형상은 대체로 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 외부부재는 대략 원형단면의 관체인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 내부부재의 단면은 대략 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제10항에 있어서, 내부부재 및 외부부재는 동축적인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정부는 외부부재상의 축방향 주름부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 외부부재는 반경방향으로 내향하는 환상립을 더 포함하거나, 외부부재의 각각의 단부는 정상적으로는 소정둘레보다 외부부재의 각각의 단부는 정상적으로는 소정둘레보다 작은 둘레를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 외부부재는 대략 단면원형의 관체인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 내부부재의 단면은 대략 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제15항에 있어서, 내부부재 및 외부부재는 동축적인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 주름부는 상기 외부부재의 전둘레 걸쳐서 방사상으로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정부는 외부부재의 전장에 걸쳐서 뻗은 축방향 슬릿으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 외부부재는 대략 단면원형의 관체인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 내부부재의 단면형상은 대략 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제20항에 있어서, 내부부재와 외부부재는 동축적인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부부재는 대략 원형의 단면형상을 가지는 관체인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성중합체 부싱.
- 차륜지지차축을 차량프레임에 장착시키는 서스펜션 시스템에 있어서, 상기 서스펜션은 트레일링 아암, 제1 부싱을 통해 트레일링 아암의 일단에 선회가능하게 장착되며 트레일링 아암을 차량에 장착하도록된 행거 브라켓, 트레일링 아암의 타단에 장착되며 차량프레임에 장착되도록된 에어 스프링, 제2 부싱을 통해 트레일링 아암에 장착되는 차축장착용 차축브라켓으로 구성되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 부싱중의 적어도 하나는 제1항에 따른 부싱으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서스펜션 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
