Description
Claims (1)
- 유체 통로중에 매설되며 기판상에 형성된 감열 저항체와 복수의 저항으로 구성된 브리지회로와, 상기 감열 저항체로의 통전 전류를 제어하고 상기 브리지 회로가 소정의 열평형을 유지하도록 제어하는 제어회로로 구성되며, 열평형 상태에서 유량을 검출하는 감열식 유량 감지기에 있어서 상기 감열 저항체의 각부로 되는 기판의 기단부에 설치한 리드 단자가 통전용 리드와 접속되며, 상기 기판의 기단부를 통전용 리드와 더불어열절연성의 지지부재에 매설하고, 이 지지부재를 기대로 유지한 것을 특징으로 하는 감열식 유량 감지기.
