Claims (6)
- 수압파이프시스템등을 세척하는 장치에 있어서 복동실린더(8)는 파이프시스템(1)과 수압어그리게이트(2) 사이에 연결되고, 상기 실린더는 실린더 양부분에 공통인 피스톤축(12)과 4개의 실린더실(13, 14, 15, 16)을 형성하도록 각 부분에 피스톤(10, 11)으로 구성되며 2개의 실린더실(15, 16)은 다른 2개의 실린더실(13, 14)보다 작은 단면적을 가지며, 작은 단면적을 갖는 2개의 실린더실(15, 16)은 수압어그리게이트(2)의 출구와 선택적으로 연결되게 배열되며 따라서 수압어그리게이트(2)에 연결되지 않는 작은 실린더실과 큰 실린더실(13, 14)중 하나는 파이프시스템(1)의 입구(6)와 연결된 반면 큰 실린더실 중 나머지 하나는 필터(23)를 통해 파이프시스템(1)의 출구(7)와 연결되며, 필터(23)의 하방향으로 지선이 준비되어 일정한 배압하에서 세척유체의 일부를 다시 수압어그리게이트(2)로 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압파이프시스템 등의 세척장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실린더구조는 실린더(8)를 반으로 나누는 격벽(9)을 갖는 실린더(8)와 축양단에 피스톤(10, 11)을 갖는 피스톤축(12)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압파이프시스템 등의 세척장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 파이롯트밸브(17)가 격벽(9)에 배열설치되어 각 인접 실린더(15, 16)를 수압어그리게이트(2)의 출구(4)에 선택적으로 연결하도록 각 피스톤(10, 11)에 대해 반응하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압파이프시스템 등의 세척장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 파이롯트밸브(17)는 2개의 피스톤(10, 11) 사이에서 이동 가능하게 격벽(9)내에 설치되고 2개의 피스톤(10, 11)에 의해 작동되도록 배열된 스템(33)으로 구성되어 각 인접 실린더실(16, 15)을 수압어그리게이트(2)의 출구(4)와 선택적으로 연결되게 되며, 피스톤축(12)은 실린더를 2개의 실린더실(43, 44)로 나누는 이동가능한 피스톤(42)을 갖는 실린더로 형셩되고 구멍(47, 48) 각각은 격벽(9) 내에 설치된 스템(33)에 인접한 실린더실(16, 15)과 각각 연결되며, 스프링(45, 46)이 피스톤축(12) 내의 실린더실(43, 44)에 각각 내장되어 상기 피스톤(42)과 실린더양단(40, 41)을 지지하여 스템(33)이 그 중간위치를 확실히 통과하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수압파이프시스템 등의 세척장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필터(23)로부터 수압어그리게이트(2)로 연결되는 하향 귀환선은 배압을 일으키도록 한쪽에 스프링에 의해 지지된 역류 방지밸브(22)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압파이프시스템등의 세척장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 파이롯트밸브(17), 역류방지밸브(18, 19, 20, 21, 22), 필터(23)를 포함한 실린더(8)는 세척장치(3)와 같이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수압파이프시스템 등의 세척장치.
