본 고안은 키보드의 조립 및 분해 장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 구체적으로 설명하면, 탑카바의 주연부에 다수개의 텐션돌기를 일체로 형성하고, 바툼카바의 주연부에는 다수개의 장공을 천공하여, 한번의 작업으로서 간편하고 신속하게 조립 및 분해할수 있게 하였으며, 또한 양측부에는 단턱이 형성된 보스와 보스홈을 형성하여 카바 사이에 설치되는 샤시를 간편하게 조립 및 분해할 수 있게 하므로써 별도의 스크류가 필요없는 것이다.
제10도에 표현된 바와 같이 종래에는 탑카바(20)와 바튬 카바(21) 및 샤시(22)를 조립함에 있어, 꼭 공구에의해 스크류(23)(23')를 사용하여 조립하므로써, 작업시간이 많이 소요되어 작업능률이 저하되고 또한 원가상승의 요인이 되었던 것, 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 결점을 해소시키기 위하여, 탑카바의 바툼카바의 주연부에 각각 텐션돌기와 장공을 형성하고, 양측 부위에는 샤시를 설치할 수 있게 단턱이 형성된 보스를 일체로 형성하여 별도의 공구 없이 간편하고 신속하게 조립 및 분해할 수 있게 한 것으로서, 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 분리시킨 키보드의 탑카바(1)와 바툼카바(2)로서, 탑카바(1)의 주연부에 다수개의 텐션돌기(3)를 일체로 형성하고, 바툼카바(2)의 주연부에는 탑카바(1)에 형성된 텐션돌기(3)가 삽입 설치될 수 있는 장공(4)을 천공하였으며, 탑카바(1)의 바툼카바(2)의 양측 부위에는 각각 보스홈(5)과 단턱(6)이 형성된 보스(7)를 형성하여 간편하게 샤시(8)를 설치할 수 있게 한 것이다.
미 설명 부호 10은 샤시공이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 하측의 바툼카바(2)에 다수개 천공된 장공(4)에 상측의 탑카바(1)에 다수개 형성된 텐션돌기(3)를 삽입시키면, 텐션돌기(3)의 휨 작용에 의해, 제4도와 같이 간편하고, 견고하게 결합 구성 된다.
또한, 탑카바(1)와 바툼카바(L) 사이에 샤시(8)를 설치할때에는 제5,6도에 표현된 바와 같이 바툼카바(2)의 양측에 형성된 보스(7)의 단턱(6)부에 샤시(8)의 샤시공(10)을 삽입시킨 후 단턱(6)부의 끝단을 보스홈(5)에 삽입시키고, 텐션돌기(3)에 의해 탑카바(1)와 바툼카바(2)가 결합되면, 샤시(8)도 간편하게 조립 설치되는 것이다.
그리고 분해시에는 장공(4)에 삽입 결합된 텐션돌기(3)를 뒤쪽으로 밀면, 간편하게 탑카바(1)와 바툼카바(2)가 분리되는 것이다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안은 탑카바(1)의 바툼카바(2)에 각각 일체로 형성된 텐션돌기(3), 장공(4), 보스홈(5), 단턱(6)이 형성된 보스(7)에 의하여, 별도의 공구 없이도 간편하고 신속하게 키보드를 조립 및 분해할 수 있게 함으로써 작업 시간을 단축시켜 작업 능률을 향상시키고, 별도의 스크류를 사용하지 않으므로서 원가를 줄일 수 있는 매우 실용적인 고안인 것이다.

  1. 공지의 키보드에 있어서 키보드의 탑카바(1)의 주연부에 다수개의 텐션돌기(3)를 형성하고, 바툼카바(2)의 주연부에도 다수개의 장공(4)을 천공하여 별도의 스크류 없이 간편하게 분해 및 조립을 할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 키보드의 조립 및 분해 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탑카바(1)와 바툼카바(2)의 양측부에 각각 보스홈(5)과 단턱(6)이 형성된 보스(7)를 일체로 형성하여 별도의 스크류 없이 샤시를 조립 및 분해할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 키보드의 조립 및 분해장치.
