Claims (4)
- 스티렌모노머 90.0∼99.5중량부에다 2-비닐-2-옥사졸린 또는 2-이소프로페닐-2-옥사졸린 단위체 0.5∼10.0중량부를 첨가하고 이 용액을 괴상-현탁의 2단계 중합시켜서 반응성 폴리스티렌계 수지를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 중합시 중합조절제로서 터셔리 도데실 머캡탄(Tertiary Dodecyl Mercaptan), 라우릴(Lauryl)머캡탄, 노닐(Nonyl)머캡탄, 카본테트라클로라이드, 유기디설파이드 및 큐멘(Cumen)중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 상기 폴리스티렌계 수지전체조성에 대해 0.01∼0.3중량%로 첨가하여 중합율 30∼40%까지 괴상중합하여 프리폴리머를 만들고, 여기에 현탁용액을 가하여 현탁시킨다음, 중합개시제를 첨가하여 현탁중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 폴리스티렌계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 현탁용액으로는 비이온성 순수에 트리칼슘포스페이트, 트리소듐포스페이트, 칼슘클로라이드, 알루미늄옥사이드 및 마그네시움실리케이트 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 무기현탁제 또는 카복시메틸셀룰로오스, 젤라틴, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 폴리비닐알코올중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 유기현탁제를 분산시켜서 만든 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 반응성 폴리스티렌계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합개시제는 전체수지 성분에 대해 0.3∼0.6중량%로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 폴리스티렌계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 현탁 중합반응은 90∼130℃에서 중합을 90%이상 진행시키고, 미반응의 모노머를 110∼150℃에서 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응성 폴리스티렌계 수지의 제조방법.
