제1도는 본 발명의 융해시스템에서 응용할 설비의 개략적인 도시이다.

Claims (3)

  1. a)실리카 플럭스 존재하에 황화동 농축물을 산화하여 동용융물과 또한 제거가능한 규산질 용융슬랙을 제조하기 위한 산소 플래쉬(flash)용광로와, b)산화 기체 분사기가 구비되고 또한 규산질 용융슬랙, 백색 용융금속과 또한 반-기포형동 용융물을 함유하며 한편 산화기체 분사기는 백색 금속 레벨 및 반-기포형동의 레벨 이하가 되도록 조절하는 것으로 된 전로 용기와, c)산화 또는 환원기체 랜스(lance)가 구비되고 또한 불활성 기체에 의해 바닥으로부터 교반한 반-기포형동보다 더 많은 동용융물을 함유하는 최종 용광로와, d)산호 플래쉬 용광로에서 전로용기로 물질을 운반할 1차 운반기구와, e)전로용기의 반-기포형동 용융물을 최종 용광로로 운반할 2차 운반기구과, f)최종 용광로에서 나온 통제품을 운반할 3차 운반기구와, g)전로용기에서 산소 플래쉬 용광로로 규산질 슬랙을 운반할 4차 운반기구와, h)전료용기의 동함량을 시간에 따른 변화기 없도록 유지하기 위해 1차,2차 및 3차 운반기구의 운반속도를 평형화할 5차수단과 또한 i)전로용기 및 최종 용광로에 공급할 산화기체로 구성된 동용해시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전로내의 산화기체를 공기, 산소 또한 산소농축 기체중 선택하는 것을 특징으로 한 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산소플래쉬 용광로에서 전로용기로 운반하는 1차기구에 운반물을 고형화하고 고형화된 물질을 연속적으로 전로에 전달하는 수단과, 전로내의 산화기체중 산소함량으로 액체대 고체의 비율을 평형화하여 전로의 열요구량을 공급하는 수단과 또한 용융물을 간헐적으로 전로에 운반하는 수단이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
