자동차 운반선의 자동차 격납장치

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예로서의 자동차운반선에 있어서의 자동차격납장치를 표시한 평면도,
제2도는 동측면도,
제3도는 동 요부사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 자동차를 격납하기 위한 격납갑판을 복수단 구비한 자동차 운반선에 있어서, 그들 격납갑판의 하나는 측현(側舷)에 배설된 자동차용 승강구률 구비하고, 또한 그 승강루로부터 선내로 뻗은 승강버스 (berth)를 구비하고, 상기 각 격납 갑판에는, 그들의 갑판을 수직으로 관통해서 승강측이 설치되고, 또한 승강축에는 자동차를 싣고 승강하는 리프터가 배설되어 있으며, 또 상기 승강버스 리프터 및 각 격납갑판에는 그들의 사이에서 자동차를 주고 받기 위한 컨베이어가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차격납장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 승강버스에 턴테이블을 배설하고, 이 턴테이블위에 상기 컨베이어틀 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차격납장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격납갑판의 컨베이어의 양옆쪽에 배치되고 이 컨베이어위의 차량의 전후차륜에 각각 그들의 바깥쪽으로부터 당접가능한 차륜스톱퍼를 구비하고, 동 각 차륜스톱퍼가 각각 별개의 유압실린더에 접속되는 동시에, 동 각 유압실린더가 공통의 유압조정장치에 접속되고, 또한 상기 유압실린더와 유압조정장치와의 사이의 관로에 상기 각 유압실린더에의 상기 유압조정장치로부터의 압유의 공급을 동시에 정지 가능한 밸브를 설치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차격납장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격납갑판의 컨베이어는 2개를 1조로 한2조의 컨베이어로 구성되고, 2조의 컨베이어는 자동차의 휠베이스와 동등한 간격으로 배치되고, 또한 각 조의 컨베이어는 자동차의 차륜을 받아들이도록 V자 형상으로 경사지게 해서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차격납장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격납갑판의 컨베이어는, 자동차적재면의 양쪽으로 치우친 부분에 휠베이스와 대략 동등한 간격의 돌조(突條)를 가지고, 또한 그 양 돌조의 서로 대향하는 면을 위쪽으로 향해서 바깥쪽으로 벌어지도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차격납장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 승강버서의 컨베이어의 폭을 자동차의 차륜간거리보다 좁게 형성하고, 상기 컨베이어의 양쪽바깔쪽에 휠베이스와 대략 동등한 퍼치에서 1쌍의 승강하는 가동 바닥을 배설하고, 그들의 가동바닥에 차륜을 얹어놓은 자동차를 가동바닥을 강하시킴으로써 컨베이어위에 바닥을 붙이는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차격납장치.
  7. 제1항, 제3항∼제6항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 선박쪽 외판에 자동차승강구를 개폐하고, 개방상태에서 수평으로 유지되는 상부램프(ramp)를 가지고, 또한 이 상부램프에 자동차의 방향을 바꾸는 턴테이블을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차격납장치.
