Claims (1)
- 세척하고, 절단한 명일초를 수증기로 30분간 증숙하여 50℃로 식히고, 이에 디아스타제 80%, B-아미타제 10%, 프로티아제 10%의 중량비로 혼합한 복합 효소를 상기 명일초의 혼합 원료에 대하여 100 : 5의 중량비로 혼합하여 50℃에서 48시간 발효시키고, 이를 160-200℃의 온도로 8-10분간 가열하여서 된 발효액에 황산 암모늄 0.23%, 제일 인산 칼륨 0.087%, 황산 마그네슘 0.04%의 중량비로 혼합한 액체를 투입하고, 이 발효액을 고압 살균하여 PH 4.5-4.8로 한 상기 혼합액을 무균 장치내에서 중간 배양한 명일초등의 발효 배양액을 접종하여서 된 2차 배양한 배양물을 여과한 후 가열 건조 분말화 함을 특징으로 하는 명일초를 주재로 한 엑기스 분말의 제조 방법.
