Claims (5)
- 폴리올레핀계 수지에 비닐방향족 단량체를 촉매와 가교제 존재하에 중합·발포시켜서 발포성 폴리스틸렌 수지입자를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 비닐방향족 단량체와 동시에 기포조절제를 첨가하되 상기 폴리올레핀 수지 100중량부에 대해 0.01~0.2중량부로 첨가시켜서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스틸렌 수지입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지로서는 폴리에틸렌 수지 또는 폴리프로필렌 수지를 사용하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스틸렌 수지입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기포조절제로서는 디스티어릴티오 디프로피온네이트, 디라우릴 티오 디프로피온네이트, 2,2-메틸렌-비스-(4-메틸-6-t-부틸페놀), 트리페닐 포스페이트 및 N,N-디-2-부틸-p-페닐렌디아민 중에서 선택된 어느하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물을 사용하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스틸렌 수지입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기포조절제는 첨가 사용되는 비닐방향족 단량체 또는 중합에 지장을 주지 않는 유기용매에 용해되며, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지에 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스틸렌계 수지입자의 제조방법.
- 발포성 폴리스틸렌계 수지입자에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌계 또는 폴리프로필렌계 수지 100중량부에 대해 비닐방향족 단량체가 100~300중량부로 중합·발포되어 있으면서, 1㎟당 기포수가 100~200개인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 폴리스틸렌 수지입자.
