제1도는 본 발명에 따라 구성된 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재의 투시도이고,
제2도는 흡수 구조재의 전달층과 저장층 사이의 섬유-수준에서의 내부관계를 보다 상세히 나타내는, 제1도에 도시된 흡수 구조재의 이상적인 단면도이며,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재를 제조하는데 사용되는 동시-압연 장치의 투시도이고,
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재의 단편적인 투시도이다.

Claims (58)

  1. -사실상 친수성인 섬유의 전달층, 및 -초탄 물질의 저장층(여기에서, 저장층의 밀도는 전달층의 밀도 보다 더 높다)을 포함하고, 상기 층들이 친수성 섬유가 곳곳에 산재된 초탄 물질을 함유하는 공유된, 3-차원적 경계 영역(여기서, 경계 영역은 상기 층들 사이의 밀접한 유체-전달 관계의 조건을 만족시킨다)을 한정하는 확산 계면을 통해 결합되는, 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유가 수소 결합에 의해 3차원적 경계 영역에서 초탄 물질에 결합된 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유 및 초탄 물질이 3차원적 경계 영역에서 기계적으로 연결된 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수 구조재를 기계적으로 연성화시켜 이의 가요성을 증가시킨 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 흡수 구조재를 퍼프-엠보싱 및 미세 주름화중에서 선택된 방법에 의해 기계적으로 연성화시킨 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 경계 영역이 전달층에서부터 저장층 방향으로 초탄 물질의 양성 밀도 구배를 갖는 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층이 계면활성재로 처리된 섬유를 포함하는 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층이 황산염 펄프, 아황산염 펄프, 박리된 펄프, 표백된 펄프, 비표백된 목재 펄프, 크래프트 목재 펄프, 열-기계가공된 펄프, 화학적 열 기계가공된 펄프, 염소공정에 의해 표백된 목재 펄프 및 과산화수소에 의해 표백된 목재 펄프중에서 선택된 물질을 포함하는 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층이 셀룰로오즈계 펄프와 열가소성 섬유와의 혼합물을 포함하는 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 두께가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.03 내지 약 0.75in인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 두께가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.05 내지 약 0.50in인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 두께가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.08 내지 약 0.25in인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 기본 중량이 약 15 내지 약 500g/m2인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 기본 중량이 약 100 내지 약 225g/m2인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 기본 중량이 약 125 내지 약 175g/m2인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 밀도가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.05 내지 약 0.45g/cc인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 밀도가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.1 내지 약 0.25g/cc인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 전달층의 밀도가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.12내지 약 0.15g/cc인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층이 레이욘 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 아크릴 섬유, 목재 펄프 섬유, 합성 목재 펄프 섬유, 열-기계가공된 펄프 섬유, 화학적 열 기계 가공된 펄프 섬유, 기계적 분쇄된 펄프 섬유, 중합체, 계면활성제 및 초흡수재중에서 선택된 물질과 혼합된 초탄 물질을 포함하는 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 두께가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.05 내지 약 0.75in인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 두께가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.08 내지 약 0.5in인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 두께가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.12 내지 약 0.25in인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 기본 중량이 약 25 내지 약 700g/m2인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  24. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 기본 중량이 약 100 내지 약 300g/m2인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  25. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 기본 중량이 약 125 내지 약 200g/m2인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  26. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 밀도가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.05 내지 약 0.5g/cc인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  27. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 밀도가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.10 내지 약 0.35g/cc인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  28. 제1항에 있어서, 저장층의 밀도가 0.05psi 압력에서 측정하였을 때 약 0.20 내지 약 0.30g/cc인 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재.
  29. -초탄 물질층상에 밀도가 초탄 물질층 보다 낮은 친수성 섬유성 물질층을 제공하는 단계, -상기의 층들 사이에 친수성 섬유성 물질이 산재된 초탄 물질을 함유하는 3차원적 경계 영역(이 경계 영역은 상기한 층들 사이에 밀접한 유체-전달 관계의 조건을 만족시킨다)을 형성시키는 단계들을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 초탄 물질층의 유체 흡수 특성을 개선시키는 방법.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유를 3차원적 경제 영역에서 수소 결합에 의해 초탄 물질에 결합시키는 방법.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유 및 초탄 물질을 3차원적 경계 영역에서 기계적으로 연결시키는 방법.
  32. 제30항에 있어서, 층들을 기계적으로 압축시켜 층들이 서로 침투되도록 하고, 수소 결합을 형성시키기 위해 층들로 부터 물을 방출시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  33. 제32항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유성 물질층의 수분 함량이 기계적 압축전에 수분을 함유하지 않은 친수성 섬유성 물질층의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 7%이상인 방법.
  34. 제32항에 있어서, 초탄 물질층의 수분 함량이, 기계적 압축전에 수분을 함윤하지 않은 초탄 물질층의 중량을 기준으로 하역 약 11%이상인 방법.
  35. 제29항에 있어서, 층들에 기게적 연성화 공정을 적용시켜 상기 층의 가요성을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  36. 제35항에 있어서, 기계적 연성화 공정이 퍼프-엠보싱 및 미세주름화중에서 선택되는 방법.
  37. 제25항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유성 물질이 황산염 펄프, 아황산염 펄프, 박리된 펄프, 표백된 펄프, 비표백된 목재 펄프, 크래프트 목재 펄프, 열-기계가공된 펄프, 화학적 열 기계가공된 펄프, 염소 공정에 의해 표백된 목재 펄프 및 과산화 수소에 의해 표백된 목재 펄프 중에서 선택된 물질을 포함하는 방법.
  38. 제29항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유 물질층이 계면활성제로 처리된 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
  39. 제29항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유 물질층이 셀룰로오즈계 펄프와 열가소성 섬유와의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
  40. 제29항에 있어서, 포탄 물질층이 레이욘 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 아크릴 섬유, 목재 펄프 섬유, 합성 목재 펄프 섬유, 열-기계가공된 펄프 섬유, 화학적 열 기계가공된 펄프 섬유, 기계적으로 분쇄된 펄프 섬유, 중합체, 계면활성제 및 초흡수재중에서 선택된 물질과 혼합된 방법.
  41. -수분을 함유하지 않은 초탄 물질층의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 수분 함량이 약 11%이상인 초탄 물질층상에, 수분을 함유하지 않은 친수성 섬유층의 중량을 기준으로 하여 수분 함량이 약 7%이상인 친수성 섬유층을 제공하는 단계, -친수성 섬유와 초탄 물질층사이에 수소 결합을 형성시키기 위해 층들 사이의 계면에서 수분을 제거하는 단계, 및 상기의 층들을 유체를 밀접하게 전달하도록 결합시키는 단계들을 포함하는 특징으로 하여 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재를 제조하는 방법.
  42. 제41항에 있어서, 층들을 기계적으로 압축시켜 층들이 서로 침투되도록 하고, 수수 결합을 형성시키기 위해 층들로부터 물을 방출시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  43. 제41항에 있어서, 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재를 기계적 연성화 공정에 적용시켜 이의 가요성을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  44. 제43항에 있어서, 기계적 연성화 공정이 퍼프-엠보싱 및 미세주름화중에서 선택되는 방법.
  45. 제41항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유층이 황산염 펄프, 아황산염 펄프, 박리된 펄프, 표백된 펄프, 비표백된 목재 펄프, 크래프트 목재 펄프, 열-기계가공된 펄프, 과학적 열 기계가공된 펄프, 염소 공정에 의해 표백된 목재 펄프 및 과산화 수소에 의해 표백된 목재 펄프 중에서 선택된 물질을 포함하는 방법.
  46. 제41항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유층이 계면활성제로 처리된 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
  47. 제41항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유 층이 셀룰로오즈계 펄프와 열가소성 섬유의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
  48. 제41항에 있어서, 초탄 물질층이 레이욘 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 나일론 섬유, 아크릴 섬유, 목재 펄프 섬유, 합성 목재 펄프 섬유, 열-기계가공된 펄프 섬유, 화학적 열적 기계가공된 펄프 섬유, 기계적으로 분쇄된 펄프 섬유, 중합제, 계면활성제 및 초흡수재중에서 선택된 물질과 혼합된 방법.
  49. -유체 투과성 커버 시트, -유체 불투과성 물질의 후면 시트, 및 -(a) 친수성 섬유의 전달층, 및 (b) 초탄물질의 저장층(여기서, 저장층의 밀도는 전달층의 밀도 보다 더 높다)을 포함하고, 상기 층들은 친수성 섬유가 곳곳이 산재한 초탄 물질을 함유하는 공유된 3차원적 경계영역(이 경계 영역은 상기한 층들 사이의 밀접한 유체-전달 관계 조건을 만족시킨다)을 한정하는 화산 계면을 통해 인접한 관계로 결합된 단일화된 유체 흡수 복합 구조재를 포함하는 1회용 유체 흡수 제품.
  50. 제49항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유가 3차원적 경계 영역에서 수소결합에 의해 초탄 물질에 결합된 1회용 유체 흡수 제품.
  51. 제49항에 있어서, 친수성 섬유와 초탄 물질이 3차원적 경계 영역에서 기계적으로 연결된 1회용 흡수 제품.
  52. 제49항에 있어서, 제품이 위생용 냅킨, 기저귀, 실금환자용 패드, 성인용 브리프 및 창상 붕대중에서 선택되는 1회용 유체 흡수 제품.
  53. 제49항에 있어서, 흡수 구조재를 기계적으로 연성화시켜 이의 가요성을 증가시킨 1회용 유체 흡수 제품.
  54. 제53항에 있어서, 흡수 구조재를 퍼프-엠보싱 및 미세주름화중에서 선택된 공정에 의해 기계적으로 연성화시킨 1회용 유체 흡수 제품.
