Claims (7)
- 전기적으로 가열되는 시이트, 상기한 시이트의 양면에 가해지는 전기전도성 금속박편 및 상기한 금속박편 각각에 부착되는 전극으로 이루어지며, 상기한 시이트가 카본 블랙과 혼합된 수지의 시이트, 카본블랙과 혼합된 수지로 함침된 천, 제지방법으로 제조된 탄소섬유와 펄프의 시이트, 및 제지방법으로 제조되고 수지로 함침된 탄소섬유와 펄프의 시이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 가능한 시이트 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 탄소섬유와 펄프의 시이트가 적어도 길이가 3㎜이상 5㎜미만인 제1군의 탄소섬유와 길이가 5㎜이상 10㎜미만인 제2군의 탄소섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 가능한 시이트 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소섬유와 펄프의 시이트에 함유된 펄프가 식물성 섬유, 합성섬유 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 가능한 시이트 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소섬유가 3 내지 20중량%의 양으로, 펄프가 97 내지 80중량%의 양으로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 가능한 시이트 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지의 열변형온도가 60℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 가능한 시이트 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 금속박편에 다수의 관통구멍이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 가능한 시이트 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시이트 조립체가 열변형 온도가 60℃이상인 수지, 직포, 부직포, 합성섬유 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 코팅재료로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 가능한 시이트 조립체.
