Description

전기요의 전열선 고정장치
제1도는 본 고안의 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안의 고정장치 결속선 예시도이다.
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
1 : 배선판 2 : 배선홈
3 : 전열선 4 : 밑실
5, 5' : 걸고리 6 : 피복선
본 고안은 전기장판이나 전기요와 같은 재품에서 전열선을 고정시키는 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 전열선은 테이프로 고정하거나 요입홈내에 전열선을 매설하는 구조였기에 비능률적이고 나선의 위험이커서 전기합선사고가 잦은 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것인테, 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
배선판(1)에 형성되는 배선홈(2)양측으로 소정 간격이 유지되게 구멍(2')을 뚫어 저면에 깔린 밀실(4)의 걸고리(5)(5')를 돌출시키고, 그 사이에 전열선(3)을 재치한 다음 피복용실(6)을 전열선위로 피복시키되 피복용실(6)의 양측이 걸고리(5)(5')를 차례로 걸면서 전열선을 피복하여 피복부가 지그제그형이 되게한 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안 전열선(3)의 피복작용이 신속하면서도 완벽하여 고정된 전열선(3)이 요동될 염려가 없고 나선이 될 염려가 없으므로 합성에 의한 사고를 예방할 수 있으며, 수명이 오래가는 이점이 있는 실용적인 것이다.

  1. 도면에 표시한 것과 같이 배선판(1)에 형성되는 배선홈(2)양측으로 소정 간격이 유지되게 구멍(2')을 뚫어 저면에 깔린 밑실(4)의 걸고리(5)(5')를 돌출시키고, 그 사이에 전열선(3)을 재치한 다음 피복용실(6)을 전열선위로 피복시키되 피복용실(6)의 양측이 걸고리(5)(5')를 차례로 걸면서 전열선을 피복하여 피복부가 지그제그형이 되게한 전기요의 전열선 고정장치.
