Claims (9)
- 글루코오스 가용성 고분자 겔 매트릭스내에 인슐린이 봉입되어 있어서 글루코오스 농도에 비례하여 인슐린을 방출함을 특징으로 하는 자가 방출 조절형 인슐린 제형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글루코오스 가용성 고분자 겔 매트릭스가 보론산 유도체 중합체에 가교제로서 디올 화합물을 첨가하여 제조된 것인 제형.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디올 화합물이 천연 이당류, 올리고사카라이드, 알칼 디사카라이드 또는 알칸비스디히드록시 화합물인 제형.
- 제2항에 있어서. 상기 보론산 유도체 중합체가 수용성 천연 또는 합성 고분자 물질에 보론산을 커플링시켜 제조되는 제형.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보론산 유도체 중합체가 보론산 유도체 단량체의 단독 중합체이거나 다른 공단량체와의 공중합체인 제형.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 보론산 유도체가 N-아크릴아미도페닐보론산, 카르복시페닐보노산, 히드록시페닐보론산, 니트로페닐보론산, 아미노니트로페닐보론산, 우레이도페닐보론산, 에탄보론산, 프로판보론산 또는 3-메틸-1-부탄보론산의 제형.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다른 공단량체가 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 아크릴산 알킬에스테르, 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르 또는 비닐피롤리돈인 제형.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보론산 유도체 중합체가 N-아크릴아미도페닐 보론산과 아크릴아미드와의 공중합체인 제형.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스. 펠릿, 정제, 막대, 과립, 미립구, 현탁액 형태인 제형.
