본 고안은 실용신안등록출원 제89-10113호 "산업용 마스크에 압축공기를 공급하는 주입장치"에서 마스크안을 분리사용할 수 있게 개량한 마스크의 공기주입구에 관한 것이다.
보다 구체적으로 설명하면 마스크 내부로 압축공기를 강제로 공급하는 주입구에 삽탈식 또는 나사식으로 개폐할 수 있는 개폐구를 구성하여 마스크안을 분리사용한 때에 공기주입구들 닫아서 해로운 공기의 유입을 차단하고 압축공기의 공급장치가 있는 곳에서는 개폐구를 열고 공기공급호스를 연결하여 선출원고안과 같은 작용효과를 얻을 수 있게 하므로서 마스크를 압축공기공급장치에 연결 및 분리사용을 보다 간편하계 구성한 선출원고안에서는 마스크의 일측면에 정화통을 연결하고 이로부터 착암기둥의 압축공기공급선에 연결된 감압조절기에 호스로 연결된 구성이어서 마스크만을 분리사용할 때에는 압축 공기주입구를 통하여 새로운 공기가 흡기되는 문제점이 있음에 착안하여 이를 보완 개량코저함에 본 고안의 목적이 있는 것이다.
이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 구조와 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
탄광의 갱내에서 사용하는 착암기의 압축공기공급관(1)이나 유독성가스 또는 분진이 방출되고 있는 산업현장의 압축공기공급관(도면에는 표시하지 않았음)에 감압조정기(2)와 정화통(3)을 연결하고 마스크(4) 내부에 정화된 압축공기를 집어넣기 위한 공기주입구(5)를 형성하여 호스(9)로 연결토록 구성함에 있어서, 공기주입구(5)의 주변에 합성수지재의 원통형관체(6)를 마스크(4)의 면체(4')와 일체가되게 열접착하고 원통형관체(6)의 소경부(7)는 호스(9)가 삽통되는 정도의 내경부로 형성하여 삽탈식마개 (8로 개폐할 수 있게 구성한다).
제4도에서 나타내고 있는 구성은 소걍부(7)의 외주면에 나사를 형성하여 나사시 개폐마개(8')로 개폐할 수 있게한 구성을 보인 것이다.
미 설명부호 10은 마스크(4)에 설치된 정화통이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 마스크 착용을 요하는 각종 산업현장의 작업장소까지 들여가거나 나올때에는 마개(8)(8')를 소경부(7)에 끼우고 마스크(4)를 착용하여 마스크에 설치된 정화통(10)의 기능으로 정화된 공기를 마실 수 있고, 작업장소에 도달하게되면 마개(8)(8')를 열고 호스(9)를 공기주입구(5)를 연결하여 선출원고안과 같이 압축공기의 공급공기로 힘들이지 않고 호흡할 수 있는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 공기주입구(5)의 주변에 마개(8)(8')를 가진 원통형관체(6)를 착설하여 마스크(4)만을 착용할 때에 공기주입구(5)를 통하여 유해한 공기가 흡기되지 않게한데 작용효과가 있고 또 압축공기공급호스(9)의 연결 및 분리조작이 간편함과 동시에 감압조절기(2)와 정화통(3)을 함께 휴대하여야 하는 선출원고안 보다 휴대하기가 편리한 장점이 있다.

- 압축공기공급관(1)에 감압조정기(2)와 정화통(3)을 연결하고 마스크(4)의 공기주입구(5)를 형성하여 호스(9)를 연결토록 구성한 것에 있어서, 공기주입구(5)의 주변에 원통형관체(6)를 접착하고 호스(9)가 삽통되는 내경부를 가진 소경부(7)에 개폐마개(8)를 구성하여서 된 산업용 마스크의 공기주입구.
