Claims (5)
- 기재(matrix)로서 폴리아세틸수지 A와 폴리올레핀 수지 B의 용융반죽시 0.05-50μm의 평균입자경과 성분 B의 표면장력보다 큰 표면 장력을 갖는 충진제 C를 하기식(1) 및 (2)를 만족하는 양으로 용융반죽하는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리아세탈 수지 A와 폴리올레핀 수지 B가 서로 상호 투과되어 망상 구조를 갖는 분산액을 형성하는 조성물 구조의 제조방법.A/(A+B)=0.05-0.5 (중량비) (1)C/(B+C)=0.1-0.7 (중량비) (2)
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융반죽온도에서의 폴리올레핀수지 B의 표면장력은 폴리아세탈 수지 A의 표면장력 보다 높은 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융반죽온도에서의 충진제 C의 표면 장력은 폴리올레핀 수지 B의 표면장력보다 2dyn/cm 이상 큰 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지 B는 폴리에틸렌 또는 주성분으로서 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 수지 조성물의 구조를 포함하는 성형품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
