Claims (8)
- 관형쟈켓(32)에 피갑된 지스러기(34) 덩어리를 포함하는 강편(30)의 성형방법에 있어서, 강편의 적어도 원단부에 인접된 쟈켓에 다수의 유사한 압흔(42)을 형성시키되, 각각의 압혼은 강편의 일단부로부터 이격된 단말위치(50)에서 종료되며 단말위치로부터 강편의 일단부까지 깊이가 증가함을 특징으로 하는 강편의 성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쟈켓은 압흔이 형성되는 단부편(32b)에 인접된 제1부위(32a)를 포함하되 제1부위 및 단부편은 상이한 조성물의 재료로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 강편의 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단부편은 공학강철로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 강편의 성형방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제1부위는 스테인레스강으로 재조됨을 특징으로 하는 강편의 성형방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강편은 압흔들이 대칭으로 배치되는 종축(x)을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 강편의 성형방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 각각의 압흔은 종축을 통한 평면에 있는 교차선(48)의 양측에 한개가 대칭으로 배치된 2개의 벽(44, 46)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 강편의 성형방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압흔은 쟈켓의 각단부에 동시에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 강편의 성형방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 강편(30).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
