Claims (3)
- 진공중에서 입자빔으로 압전소자와 초음파 흡수재의 접합면을 조사하고, 압착에 의해 서로 대향하게 두 접합면을 밀착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 탐침의 제조방법.
- 압전소자에 접속된 초음파 흡수재가 전극으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 탐침.
- 제2항에 있어서, In합금과 Pb합금의 박막이 압전소자와 초음파 흡수재 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 탐침 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
