Claims (3)

  1. 진공중에서 입자빔으로 압전소자와 초음파 흡수재의 접합면을 조사하고, 압착에 의해 서로 대향하게 두 접합면을 밀착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 탐침의 제조방법.
  2. 압전소자에 접속된 초음파 흡수재가 전극으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 탐침.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, In합금과 Pb합금의 박막이 압전소자와 초음파 흡수재 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 탐침 제조방법.
